Used RAM 2500 trucks for sale near McDonald Chapel, AL

I worked with Cody at EchoPark recently to purchase a used vehicle. It was a wonderful experience working with Cody. He listened to all of our concerns and even went above and beyond by researching anything we had questions on. He truly listened and cared about any questions we had. It was an awesome experience. Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Originally I didn’t have a great experience, but after talking to the managers and getting more information, I’m so happy with my new car and thankful for the staff for taking the time to work with me and find a solution. Thank you for everything!

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

I went to the dealership to look at 2 specific cars and to see if there were any others in my price range. I had texted with Scott about these cars before I went and he answered all of my questions. I told him that I had a number in my mind and he didn’t try to push me out of it. He answered all of my questions and he was very knowledgeable. I would definitely buy from him again. Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I have been pleased with the experience so far. Being able to test drive independently for pretty much as long as I want is great. I have easily made appointments and then added on some additional cars once I got there. The no haggle pricing takes away some stress, but that also means if there is something to be fixed on a car, there's no negotiation. They have at least offered me what I consider is reasonable for my trade - more than most places have. I am taking a car for a prepurchase inspection to my mechanic tomorrow, so if it goes well, we'll see how the actual buying process goes after that.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

I have only had it a week but so far so good. The city mileage is pretty bad but highway is about 15 or more with the 6.4 Hemi. It seems to have plenty of power but I won't really know until I tow my trailer next month. The ride is very good especially for a HD truck and it looks great.

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

That was my first time dealing with Donohoo. The experience was stress free. Went up and test drove one day, the next day which was purchase day, I was in and out on less than a hour.  I do plan to do business with Donohoo in the future. Jonathon and Marci were absolutely amazing!!

Love the no pressure buying format, I didn’t end up buying the truck I went to look at but they put me in the perfect truck for me.

This is my third Ram 2500 diesel. I have the Laramie level with the Level A group. The ride is very good for a truck especially a 3/4 ton, quite enough to have a normal conversation. I traded a 2023 Silverado LTZ for this Ram. There was no comparison in the solid closing feel and noise of the doors and the overall much better quality of the interior. The seats are comfortable for long trips. What can you say about the Cummins diesel that isn't already legend. It pulls like crazy, acceleration is good, my fuel mileage is 18.9 mpg with 80% suburban, 20% highway. I've had zero issues and don't expect any. Yes, I would buy another one without hesitation.

This was my first time buying a vehicle out of state and 6 hours away. The communication from the sales team prior to showing up was top notch. I received a complete walkaround of the vehicle as I requested. The vehicle was as advertised and ready for a test drive when I showed up. A few signatures and I was out the door in a timely manner (not like other dealerships). After purchase follow up was appreciated. There was a minor issue and the staff at DonohooAuto responded immediately and handled it very professionally . I would 100% buy from here again.

Have owned my 2022 2500 Tradesman for 14 months now. Very happy overall. Outstanding towing and payload capabilities. Quiet interior. Nice styling. I don't like the dial transmission control. Would prefer it if the infotaimment screen was angled toward the driver instead of flat. Also disappointed with the seating position with the manual seats. Felt like my butt sat too low. Remedied that with an aftermarket shim kit that raised the rear seat height 1/2". Much better. My first RAM. Would buy again.

Purchases a 2013 Cadillac Escalade from Hometown. A very clean vehicle considering its 10 years old. Can't beat the warranty as well. Would definitely recommend.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck
