Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I have only had it a week but so far so good. The city mileage is pretty bad but highway is about 15 or more with the 6.4 Hemi. It seems to have plenty of power but I won't really know until I tow my trailer next month. The ride is very good especially for a HD truck and it looks great.

Great customer service, from start to finish! Found and test drove the vehicle on Monday and picked it up on Saturday. The front drivers side heated seat didn?t work but they ordered the part and fixed it before we picked it up. When I arrived the salesman (Dave) had my vehicle running and warming up!

i like the power and comfort of this truck. the fuel mileage is excellent and the comfort was very good on the 600 mile ride home.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

They were very knowledgeable about the RAM pickup I was looking at. I never felt rushed or pressured. They were able to answer all my questions and as a plus to me, they are also Jeep guys.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Good quality service, was willing to help and allowed us to test drive 40 minutes home to see if the car would work with family with a medical condition.

In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.

I was looking at a vehicle all the way from Michigan around 3 hours away. I contacted Brian and he first made sure that the vehicle was on the property and that he laid eyes upon it. He also to a close look at the vehicle and sent me a video of the vehicle to make sure that I didn't drive 3 hours without knowing the condition of the vehicle. While I didn't end up buying the vehicle the costumer service was amazing and despite the possible drive I will definitely consider this dealer in the future.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

These guys are awesome! Andy and Jason make the experience worth it! The technicians too! My van had a shake for months and did everything from transmission work to inspecting the tires and they did amazing!

They helped me greatly with the whole process and were very patient and kind people. Everyone was was so sweet and willing to help which made the whole process so easy and relaxing especially sense it’s my first time buying a car. I cannot say enough great things about my experience at this dealership. After getting the runaround from some big flashy dealerships in the Detroit area, my Jeep search lead me here. I wish I would have started at LPK in the first place and saved myself the headache. I had the pleasure of working with Austin and Phil, both of whom were extremely attentive and transparent throughout the buying process. Austin took the extra time go over every single feature of the car with us, even as it was cold and rainy outside and Phil was able to match my competitive credit union rate. There are no gimmicks or slimy tactics used here. Just good, honest people selling great vehicles. I will gladly make the 2 hour drive next time I need to purchase a vehicle and would encourage anyone else on the fence to do the same.
