What made me happy was they actually had the very vehicle (with all the options and color scheme's) I was looking for and it made all the difference as I had also been shopping at two other dealerships which were well equipped. The biggest difference is that their selection was so much better than viewing these vehicles on a web site. My sales executive was new to this dealership, and he was eager to please and bent over backwards to make sure I saw the right vehicle and got the experience I needed to make the purchase. I am really pleased with the vehicle, and it performs as advertised or better!!!! This is my third Ram 1500 (it's all I've driven for the last 17 years) and they simply continue to to get better. I expect my next vehicle will also be another Ram 1500 Limited pickup.

I like my Jeep Gladiator Sport, always dreamed of having a Jeep Gladiator Sport and that it is a beautiful blue is even better.

Everyone my husband and I talked to was super friendly and so nice!! No one was pushy, I never felt irritated or upset. The whole process was a bit long....5 hours we were there to buy a '25 Dodge Ram Big Horn 1500 crew cab. Jose, Bob, Aaron, Adam and Fernando were extremely nice and very helpful. We purchased a 2025 C8 Corvette Stingray Convertible from out of state from Jeff Belzer's New Prague Chevy in Minnesota. They had the color (Hysteria Purple Metallic) and options we wanted (Z51 performance package). While a local dealer here in Las Vegas could order me that car, Jeff Belzer Chevy had if for a great price. We worked with Jayden Neary in finance who got us great APR on financing. It was easy signing electronically, wiring the down payment and even had a notary come out for the title work. The dealership manager, David Bruns kept me updated on transport and provided pictures of it being loaded. David answered any questions I had. He is very responsive and made me feel like my business is appreciated. When you call in, the people answering the phones are very nice. Shout out to Emily & Zach for providing great customer service. The corvette arrived in enclosed transport safe and sound. I love my new car.

Worked with Brian S and he had the best product knowledge of the RAM truck that I have ever found in a car sales guy. I looked at Fords and Chevys before checking out the RAM and none of the other dealers came close to having the product knowledge that I found with Brian and others at Apple Chrysler dealership. They were easy to deal with, first shot on price and trade in value was right in the ballpark, so I ordered the new RAM and love the truck. Have bought new Chev trucks all my life (since 1978) but the new RAM was so incredible that the decision to buy the RAM was easy. Plus the dealership experience made it all come together.

The work was done in a timely fashion. Everything was done and looks great. The staff was friendly and nice. The snacks they offered were good.

I came, they fixed the recall, I left. I had a couple of questions which I feel were answered to my satisfaction.

We wound up buying a '17 Dodge Grand Caravan. Our sales associate, Jake, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even had the patience to deal with our questions, test drive and our kids who came along to 'inspect' the vehicle. Pete responded quickly to my cars.com inquiry, and the sales manager, Luke, reached out to confirm our visit. The reason for the low rating on the buying experience was because we had to wait an hour for the finance person to complete the purchase due to the late night visit and a customer ahead of us. Fortunately, the facilities were awesome. We had our fill of popcorn, fountain pop and the Twins game! This was our second vehicle purchased from this dealer and would come here again!

Jeff Belzer’s CDJR in New Prague, MN continues to have my loyalty. My ‘24 Compass was needing an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment done. Every part of this experience was handled with care and professionalism. The work was performed faster than I could have ever expected.
