I was in the market for a new vehicle but dreaded going to a dealership. It is like knowing you need to put on boxing gloves and go 12 rounds and try not to get beat up too bad. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. I was in Texas from Alabama visiting my fianc�e. On Saturday before I need to return to Alabama my check engine light came on. I went to the closest Ram service center and they stated they could not help me until Monday. I then contacted Rockwall DCJR they told me they were very busy, but if I could come in after 12:30 PM they would check to see what they could do. I was met by a service representative who was very pleasant. The representative left for a few mins and returned with a second person who plug into my vehicle I assume to see what the check engine light was. I was advised that it was possibly an update on the system they would update it and see if that would fix it. A couple of hours later I was given my keys and told I was ready to go. I was so pleased with my experience that I told my fianc�e that when I move to Texas and I buy a new Ram I was coming to Rockwall Ram ?.

My service advisor Justin was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to friends and family with CJR vehicles. And definitely ask for him On my next visit.

Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, and Alonso specifically.
