Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. I highly recommend buying a car from EchoPark. The experience is completely different from a traditional dealership. We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

We were very impressed with the sales dept when we bought our new car. Especially Ashtyn, she was patient with us driving several different ones. A couple of weeks ago I arrived at the truck stop in Brookhaven Ms only to discover that I would not be able to unload for 5 more days. I decided to rent a car in Brookhaven and drive over to Pensacola to see relatives I hadn't seen in over 50 years. A rental car was reserved on line and my family and I were excited about this reunion. When I called the rental car company to pick me up I was informed by there desk that no cars were available. I immediately starting call the local dealerships to inquire about rentals. This nice woman at a Brookhaven dealership told me she thought Keith White Ford rented cars. When I called them I was transferred to Diane in the rental department. She not only set me up with a car but she also helped me with a ride to McComb. She literally saved a reunion that was 50 plus years in the making. Thank you Diane, Jeffrey and Keith White Ford. The service was awesome.
