I bought a Nissan Altima fairly new and low miles. Being a single parent and minority I am really particular about taking my business to the right places. I think I made a great decision to buy from Evolution. These guys are just not professional at point of sale but even after making a sale. I bought a black exterior car at night time and missed few minor scarthes and my tire light pressure light on. I spoke to Sunny (Who is amazingly helpful) who directed me to Damian (again extremly helpful) who went well and beyond and make sure I was Happy !! Also, they are a small team who works like a family (exactly what i was looking for ) ... Overall, I would rate them 10 If I could I would recommend them to all my family and friends
I arrived at Stone Mountain Toyota for an appointment to service my vehicle for a factory recall, and was asked to return the following week without any advance notification. While all of the other service coordinators were unwilling to help or find the manager to assist, Chris Terrell went above and beyond to honor my appointment as initially promised and also arranged for a rental car. I would be unsure about recommending this dealership save for direct service from Chris.

I???ve been a loyal customer of another dealership but came to J.T. Chevy due to the inventory selection. Marva Thompson was extremely nice and never pushy. She was very knowledgeable of the truck I bought (2018 Colorado) I didn???t really plan to buy thet day but Marva made the experience so pleasant I went ahead and moved forward. The whole experience was very efficient and no hassle. Kevin in the finance Dept was very efficient as well. He did a great job explaining everything and got us done quickly but not rushed. What I really liked was that Marva took me on a tour of the dealership and showed me where to go in the event I ever need assistance. I worked with Michael, Mgr on my trade-in. He was very nice and worked with me to come to a price that we were both happy with. J.T. Chevy has earned a new custom!

I live about 250 miles from Atlanta but based on previous car purchases I knew it sometimes pays to travel to get a good price. I didn't choose Rick Case Kia because of their reputation. In fact, I didn't even read the reviews. I chose Rick Case because I found the specific exterior/interior color combination of the Kia Sorento I wanted and they had a recent price reduction posted on their website. I initiated contact via online form. That was on a Thursday evening and I was checking to confirm availability. I heard back late Thursday night that the vehicle was avaiable. I replied and asked about getting that posted price AND the 0% financing through Kia Motor Finance. On Friday I received an email from Kendrick, the Sales Manager, with an out the door price quote. There was a slight difference due to not being able to combine one of the offered rebates with the 0% financing but that was understandable. I asked Kendrick if they were being aggressive on trade-ins and he said they were. My trade-in was a Mazda 6 and Kendrick said that there is a Rick Case Mazda dealership close to the Kia one and that someone from there would be able to appraise my car. I had arranged for a relative to ride with me in case I decided to keep my Mazda. She had to cancel but after having talked to Kendrick I felt confident driving alone with the expectation I would get a fair trade value. I told Kendrick I would drive up Saturday and on Saturday morning, sales associate Dylan called me to confirm I was still coming and said to ask for him when I arrived. I arrived about 2:30 and Dylan had me supply some preliminary info for my trade-in. While my car was being appraised we took a test drive and Dylan thoroughly explained the features of the vehicle. When we returned Dylan had me fill out the credit app. He returned shortly with a final out the door price including my trade-in value. I signed right away because it just felt right - all the numbers were good. It did take a while to get in with Mr. Yi, the Finance Manager, because of problems with their system that day but he was very friendly and explained additional extended warranty options without making me feel overly pressured. After signing the final papers with Mr. Yi it took a while longer for them to finish detailing my new vehicle.
So there you have it. Probably less than 4 hours at the dealership total to purchase a new vehicle and trade one in. I don't think it can get much easier than that. And I'm loving my new Kia Sorento SX! Very refined ride quality. A few nitpicky things but, overall, Kia has done a great job.
I would definitely give Rick Case Kia a shot at earning your business if you have the opportunity.

I have been wanting a Jeep since I was a teenager and I am 39 years old but within the last 2 years I have been itching for one hard. My husband and I went to a few Jeep dealers and other dealers that sold used Jeep's and we just couldn't make a deal. We noticed that new or used Jeeps were practically the same price with miles. So we decided to go new since this vehicle holds its value and its an investment type vehicle. We did our research and said we were for sure going to buy one. We were in the process of buying a house so we put the Jeep on the back burner for a couple years, well we bought our house and we are now in Lawrenceville and we decided to visit this Lawrenceville Jeep Dealer and it was the best thing we did. We drove in n a Saturday October 21, 22017 and just started walking the lot where we saw the Jeeps we liked and we were approached by Paul and he introduced himself and was very knowledgeable on the Jeep. He said things to us we already knew but that is ok because we were on the same level of knowledge BUT he was a great sales man in the aspect of how to build the vehicle and how to make a price work for us and that is what made this deal. He didn't stick us with the first price we saw and did not push us on that price either after we stated that was expensive. He was able to work with us, really feel out what it is that we really wanted and was able to put numbers together on that. We told him we wanted to think about it, he emailed us a built jeep how we wanted it and we started working on that. We ended up going back to the Dealership on Saturday October 28, one week exact later and wanted to now work out numbers and see about a trade in and all the fun stuff, hahahaha! Paul was realistic, strong with his words on the financing and was going to do everything he could to make our deal work. Well then when it did not work for us, we had an option to look at other Jeeps that had almost what I wanted but no big wheels. Just standard wheels, well, we decided that the big wheels (37in) was a little bit of a rough ride for long distance but I did test drive it and the Sahara and I fell in love with the white Sahara and it was a 24g package and the price worked. Financing was also amazing with Magdalena working her numbers. We did not feel pressured, we knew we could walk away because they did give us the option to think about it. They made the deal work for us and met us in the middle. They were really real, not corporate, didn't try to sell, just tried to help. We were in the dealership from 11am till 5:30pm. It was an all day event but they were busy so understandable. We were on a 50/50 buying situation meaning we were either getting the truck or not if the numbers did not work. They made them work. We enjoyed every part of our experience and we are very happy with our 2017 New Jeep Sahara. We look forward to continue to do business with Jeep and buy more accessories for our new Jeep.
I've personally bought 3 cars from Kia Mall of Georgia before. I like the way I'm treated. That hasn't always been my experience with other Kia dealerships. So, I hit them up first when I looked to do something a little different this time. I've got to give them credit, I had convinced myself that the team there wasn't going to be able to hit the target I set. I was wrong. Maury Spencer and Tyler Poteat worked together and put the deal together. We did it all pretty much over the phone. And now my beautiful bride and I are driving two new 2016 Optimas!

I HATE car dealerships! With that being said we had the most amazing buying experience with this dealership! When we first entered the dealership we were quickly greeted by an employee named Kervin (sp?). He was a very nice young man who was new to the auto industry and was polite and professional. After a test drive they quickly appraised our vehicle to see where we were on the numbers. Shortly thereafter we were handed off to Shaun Wilhelmi who spent an entire week helping me sort through multiple vehicles in multiple locations along with coordinating multiple test drives. When I say this man has the patience of a saint I'm not kidding! I am a very high strung, high maintenance buyer and he never once appeared annoyed or frustrated at my constant text messages and phone calls. He even went so far as having a conference call with my husband and myself at 10 pm one night because my husbands work schedule is so hectic! Again he had nothing but a smile in his voice and never once appeared annoyed. He told us multiple times throughout the week that if it takes us a month to find a car that's fine with him because he wanted us to come back and buy from him again! Zero sales pressure! After going back and forth for a week we decided on a 2016 Lexus GX460 with only 2000 miles on it! It came time for financing and there was a bit of confusion regarding our trade in and financing options changed at the 9th hour. I knew the deal was over because it was a very complicated credit matter. I was shocked when after waiting 45 minutes Shaun Wilhelmi came out and said "we got the deal"! Pleasantly surprised the interest rate was 2 points LOWER than initially quoted thanks to the magic powers of the rockstar finance guy Shawn Phillips! Shawn P was also great comedic relief during an otherwise stressful time signing loan papers!!! Last but not lease Danny (sales manager) was very involved in the entire transaction and did everything he could to win our business including a "we owe" for a trailer hitch install on the new SUV. I can't say thank you enough to this fine group of folks. We have spent years working with a dealership down the road but I can tell you from here on out we will only deal with ALM for future purchases and we will tell all of our friends, colleagues and family to do the same! I would totally vote Shaun W. employee of the year!

This a very recent purchase and so far it has been dependable and has more power than I thought it would have. That was one of the worries I had about the ProMasters, I'm happy it was unfounded.
I went to MLM looking for a truck to buy as my very 1st vehicle. I didn't know what I wanted but I knew what I wanted it to have and how much I wanted to spend. I explained all this to Jay my Saleman and the search began. He was so patient with me as I test drove numerous trucks. I thought I found the one for me but it was unavailable. After 4hrs, I remembered seeing a Chrysler 300 and asked to see it before I make a decision from the other choices I test drove. Jay said, "Sure let me get the key." Jay pulled it out for me, I sat in it and knew I had found what was waiting for me. She has everything I wanted and more!!! MLM stayed open 2 1/2hrs past their closing time to allow my Dream to come true. Jay could have given up and told me to come back another time, but he didn't. He knew this was my 1st time buying a car and he let me find my "Chrysta!!!!"(That's what I named her lol.) What an AMAZING experience I had buying my 1st car from MLM!!! Thank You Jay and the MLM Staff for helping make my Dream come true. I just Love My NEW CAR!! Go check them out and ask for Jay. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
