Used 2019 RAM ProMaster 1500 for Sale in Raleigh, NC

My wife and I are looking to buy a New svu this Sunday after church we stop by to see what they had. She found a 2017 Ford Escape. She has never gone to look at cars before. She I'm in love with this car. On Monday morning I called the dealership and talked to Mr James Bennett. I give him the stock number. He told me he call me right back what she did. We worked out the deal with him. When we got to the dealership the car was nice and clean. My wife move the car and she loved it. She asked if the paper work was done. Mr Bennett told the we asked for was exactly where she wanted it. We traded in a 2014 Mustang.Ron speller was so patient with her we left the dealership at 10:30. What I was most impressed with Ron he went all over the equipment of the car for her got the owner manuals out showed her everything about the owners manual. Capital Ford need two be very pleased with Ron speller and Mr. James Bennett. BOTH man have alot of integrity.

It's nice that you view and treat your customers with respect and compassion. Although I was unable at this time to commit to a purchase, I know where I will return when I'm ready. A dealership that offers more than a vehicle sale, a genuine and personable experience. Never did anyone pressure me, only offering me advise and options. Always understanding and working diligently to gain my trust, respect, and business. Capital CJD and it's employees truely outshine the competition. In my previous vehicle purchase from a competitor I always found myself dissatisfied, especially with the service department. I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Leith of Wendell almost two weeks ago. The experience was, by far, the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I was in the Dealership in the beginning on the week a bought a New suv. She got online the next day and looking at more cars. I asked her why she looking at more cars she informed me that we are going to look at cars when I get out of work at 5.00 Pm on Saturday I told her ok wow. We both arrived at the dealership the same time Mr Ron was waiting for us .We both looked at the New Ford Fusion. We took it on a test drive. She loved it she said just bought the New Ford Escape in the beginning of the week. We need a sedan now. So we bought the Ford Escape. Our son was with us he was looking at the Ford Mustang. Ron speller took about an hour and a half with him very patient went on a test drive with them. Ron speller went over everything with him on the car. Mr speller is a incredible man and we are so blessed that we met him. He is like our guardian angel. He had both of the new cars cleaned up and ready to go by 10:30 Saturday night. Mr James Bennett worked out the numbers on both cars. We bought them that night. It is truly a blessing. 3 New cars in one week.

Westgate offers an amazing car buying experience! From management down to the salespeople, everyone is welcoming and attentive to your wants and needs in a new vehicle. In particular, Mark King, was very kind and knowledge about the vehicle my spouse and I were interested in purchasing. I am so in LOVE with my "new" 2016 Dodge Durango!! This a very recent purchase and so far it has been dependable and has more power than I thought it would have. That was one of the worries I had about the ProMasters, I'm happy it was unfounded.

The salesman, Cedric Fullwood, was there to meet us. He helped us explore our options to find a vehicle 🚗 that was most affordable for us. There was absolutely no sales pressure. Cedric was very pleasant and easy to talk with. The business end of our purchase was also painless except for having to part with money 💰 of course. It was a pleasant buying experience.

My wife and I were looking for a certified pre-owned Durango Citadel and came across a nice one listed at Westgate. The price was significantly less than what we had seen for the equivalent vehicle at other dealerships, so we made the hour drive from the Greensboro area. When we arrived, they had the vehicle out front for us to drive. Mike Wing was a pleasure to work with - not pushy or hurried. During the test drive, we noticed that there were two missing items from the Durango: the wireless headphones for the UConnect entertainment/blueray system, and the painted tow hitch cover plate on the back of the vehicle. Westgate had the body shop paint a new hitch cover for us and they also sent us a new pair of headphones for the Uconnect system. I should also mention that they included a new set of floor mats as well! Those little touches made our purchase experience that much sweeter. When we talked numbers, everything was very reasonable; and they even gave us what we wanted on our trade. Danny was a pleasure to work with in terms of the contracts/financing. He also gladly assisted us (after the sale) when we decided to cancel the extended service contracts on the vehicle. Based on our experiences at past dealerships, we honestly did not expect Westgate to come through on the "extras" we requested. I'm glad to say that we were wrong!

I have bought many cars from Ron. He is very conscientious knows his product. Takes this time going over the vehicle and make sure that all questions are answered. Very patient person great attitude. Every time I talk to him he will ask me how my wife is doing and how our sons are doing. I feel like we have a personal relationship with Ron. Capital Ford all of feel real proud of having this gentleman working for them. He is very honest and has great integrity. He works hard for his company and his customers. Purchased this vehicle as an alternative to the AWD SUV I had planned on getting. Was very reluctant at first but ended up making the deal. Wanted an AWD SUV to start doing road trips across America starting in 2019. Gave it 5 STARS Reliability, but C-Mon it only has 300 miles on it so look at longer term owners for a Reliability score. Family ended up needing a vehicle capable of being used part time as a wheelchair ramp vehicle, and the Promaster had the lowest load floor of the full size vans. So that's what I looked at and ended up purchasing. Got the 136" wheelbase high roof, and after owning it a couple weeks went from meh to absolutely loving this vehicle. It felt huge at first, you sit higher than 4x4 1 ton trucks, and it's over 6' wide internally! Yet despite it's intimidating factor it still fits if just barely into any normal parking spot! It's the perfect size for a non commercial user like me, tons of room internally but can park anywhere. I've owned tons of new and used trucks over the years and even I was a bit iffy driving this at first. Poor visibility as it has no windows out back, but the great side mirrors and backup camera quickly took away that intimidation factor. Now it feels just like a very tall Minivan and I can drive it around parking lots with ease. What amazes me even after a few hundred miles is the turning circle! I swear it has a tighter turning circle than my 2014 Nissan Altima that's my daily driver! It's insane how it can make U-Turns and swing around in parking lots so easily. Finally the more I look over the vehicle the more I love how they built it. They claim it's the easiest and cheapest commercial van to service and maintain and I'm a believer now. Fuel Pump access is under a cover in the cab, and almost everything for normal maintenance and repair is easily accessed via floor hatches or under the hood. The interior is very odd looking but functional, the Ford has a much nicer looking Dashboard layout though. I do have to say though this Promaster's dashboard feels very durable and just makes it feel like a big rig compared to a wagon like the Fords did. I may be weird but I like feeling like I'm driving a Big Rig and ended up even loving that. Really my only complaint for the vehicle is the interior paint. I've hauled a few things so far and I swear the paint on the interior floor scratches just looking at it! I have ordered Hurculiner to roll onto the floor and wheel housings so I never had to worry about it again. Plan on doing 3 coats just to give it a nice thick barrier to protect the metal. Didn't really want to buy this 'Stupid Bug-eyed Van' as I called it at first... But good god I've ended up falling in love with it's useful design quirks and honestly fun to drive around high seating position! I swear I feel I could put anything in it and it would haul it without complaint, and the lower load floor has no step on the side or back doors and is level all the way across.

This is the most convenient van I've ever owned and I've owned 5 others. It is huge on the inside with plenty of room for all my equipment I need and material I need to carry. I am a contractor so computing is not its primary use. Getting close to 20 mpg with all the tools.

I came here looking for a new car and Joy was so helpful and made everything SO MUCH EASIER!! If you go, make sure you see her......YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

I love the stand up and cargo space available but I think they forgot about the driver no good for more than a half hour as you’re back will be killing you I had to set up appointments with the chiropractor because this is the most uncomfortable van I have ever driven! I’m only 175 at 5:10 and I find there is no legroom and seat is all the way back against the cargo bulkhead.
