After my vehicle was struck and totalled I began looking for a car. After numerous dealerships poor attitude and turning me away, I stumbled across this dealership. Since I just happened to be in the area I contacted them and set up and appointment. Immediately they welcomed me and I felt like they were truly there to help me. I wasn’t a number or just commission, I was somebody that was treated as if I was important. They helped me find several options and thanks to them I left with my first brand new car that I really love. After two weeks of having the car, they contacted me just to make sure that I had no issues. This is how car buying experiences should be.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

The salesman Rockie once again was terrific in every aspect from start to finish! We came back less than a month later to purchase a used car now and the experience was great! Definitely would recommend using him for any used or new car needs!!

I like how honest and upfront this dealership is. I literally spoke with them on Thursday and picked my car up on Saturday morning. They took care of everything for me so this way on Saturday I spent about an hour there signing paperwork and was out in no time. Lexi is a sweetheart! My daughter wanted to buy her first car by herself. I could not have been more happy with how things turned out. They were amazing, she got a great car for a very reasonable price. The transaction was smooth with no attempts to upsell her. They even educated her on the paperwork and process as they went along. Not just shuffled it around in front of her. They even explained the process with the BMV of getting her plates and showed her exactly what paperwork she needed to take with her. When she did have a problem with the car about a month after she bought it, they told her to bring it back and took care of it. I would highly recommend Greg's.
