They helped me find several options and thanks to them I left with my first brand new car that I really love. The post-sale service did not perform a review as stated by the finance department, nor did it deliver the car with a full tank as stated by the finance department.

I had the best dealership experience purchasing my new 2025 Ram 3500 dually pickup truck from AutoNation located in Spring, TX. I live in CT and was searching for a new truck when a friend pointed me to AutoNation's website. After a few clicks I found the truck I wanted and submitted an online inquiry. Hector Guevara, the sales person, helped me through the purchasing process via texts, phone calls and emails. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. When it came to signing paperwork, AutoNation Spring TX reached out to Mt. Kisco Land Rover (their sister company) to do a courtesy signing at their dealership. Once the signed paperwork arrived back to Texas, Hector got the truck ready for transport (cleaning, temporary plate etc.). Hector went above and beyond to get me into my new truck, facilitating the process from beginning to end, even on his days off. If you're looking for a different vehicle purchasing experience I highly recommend AutoNation, especially the facility in Spring, TX.
