Outstanding Customer Service

Blew what I suspected was an engine coil last Thursday, while commuting back from Cape Coral. Resigned myself into thinking that I would have to leave the truck over the weekend, given the fact that it was Easter Weekend and I didn't have an appointment. Limped into Metro Ford at 7:30am, to find out that our usual Service Rep, Fernando, was out sick. There were around 6 customers who had appointments, all of whom were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Love the personal touch of the dry erase board welcoming the appointments by name. When it was my turn, Derrick helped me out and confirmed my suspicion that a coil had in fact gone bad. He also let me know much to my surprise, that the truck would be ready before the end of the day! Wow! What another great Service Rep you have in Derrick - courteous, responsive, caring, great follow-up and a good sense of humor. Unlike our experience with most dealerships in the past, Metro Ford is always a pleasure to do business with and a shining example what customer service is should be all about.
