Stopped in to get my first oil change for my Ram 1500 Big Horn - they were done before I sat down. Great service, Josh Galiher was great! I will definitely bring my truck back for additional service.
I bought a 2016 Chevy Sonic from Ivan a few months ago. It was a really good car buying experience.
I hate shopping, and just like to get a typically stressful experience like buying a car done and over with. I was glad that he seemed to realize this and made the whole thing pretty painless. That's not the way buying a car has usually gone for me.
When I picked the car up he made sure it was detailed and clean, put (4) new tires on it (when I only asked for 2)...that really stood out and left a huge impression on me! Finally, he even sent an Uber to pick me up from my house! Just a really good guy that made it all hassle free.
I really recommend Gmotorcars and Ivan in particular.

Steven was an amazing salesman. The second we got out of our car he was there ,seemed to be on a break eating an icy ...which he dropped immediately and helped us . The process was smooth and he kept us informed all the way . The only thing I would improve on is getting into the final stage of signing ( we waited over 2 hours ). But overall great experience. And we purchased a Dodg Challenger Scat Pack 👍🏻. Good job Steven !
I am from South Texas and flew up to New York to pick up a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. This was on a Thursday and my plan was to land and start driving down. After leaving Brooklyn I noticed the vehicle was not shifting into 2nd or 3rd gear so I could not drive move than 40 mph. This was already around 4 pm. I pulled over at a travel center and started searching. I found Route 1 was 30 miles from me, told them I was just passing thru and I would need to be back at work on Monday and they gave me a 6:15 am appointment for the next day. Meghan Dornisch (assistant Service Manager) took us in evaluated the situation and advice me that the vehicle needed more testing. We retuned at 10 a.m. and the vehicle was fast tracked into the service area. Within 30 minutes the problem was diagnosed as defective module in the transmission. They looked for the part and said they could have it in by the next day (Saturday). Meghan called me on Saturday morning to let me know that the part was in and the vehicle would be ready later that day. Her team had the Jeep running by 2 pm and we started our 30 hour non stop drive back to Brownsville, Tx and made it in time to watch the Cowboys lose the Texans. All in all Meagan showed great professionalism never promising something without verifying first. She help me make an informed decision and everything worked out in the end. I don't know how much she earns as the assistant service manager but she definitely deserves a raise! Excellent service! There were other dealerships in the area but Route 1 was the only one who would take us in on short notice and they delivered!
I walked into Route one CDJR and was greated right away by Paul. We sat down and I explained to him what I was looking for and what I could afford . Paul went above and beyond in getting me into a vehicle that totally exceeded my expectations and the whole experience was quick and painless, not once did I feel rushed. I was so impressed by the deal that i got I brought my father back two weeks later and Paul showed the same professionalism and attention to detail. Within an hour we had great deal on new jeep which my father is absolutely thrilled with. 👍🏼
I ended up leaving with more than I went in for. Justin (Just-in-time) presented me with an option I could not turn down! I was very apprehensive the entire time. As most, I have a hard time trusting car sales people. I got an unbelievably priced SUV with low millage. I looked at multiple cars and a CarFax report were presented for each one of them. My car payment is less than my previous car payment. In spite of the fact that I had already agreed to the interest rate they had offered me... they dropped the numbers by two when the paperwork was given for signatures! I test drove my car from Pompano to Hollywood and back! This is a stand up place. I couldn't be more excited about my car! I don't think I'll have a need to return here and update my review! I am MORE than satisfied at this point and I feel this place is trustworthy.
Antony Castano at Metro Ford did my buying experience really very nice. I went one day, choose the car and he did all the paper work. Call him after a few hours, confirmed the sale and told him I was going to be there next day at 11.00 am.
Went at 11.00 am and out driving the new car at 12.30 pm. Keep the good job Antony.

If you want a cheap yet capable vehicle that can haul and tow anything than this is a good vehicle for you. The van is relatively comfortable but not luxurious. The rear beam suspension makes bumps turn into jitters. The engine is strong enough if the van is empty, but as you start to pile things in, the passing acceleration is decreased. The cabin does have minor wind noise but not too much tire noise. The seats pletny supportive enough for a van but I wouldn't recommend driving for very long distances while sitting in them as they aren't amazing. Mine is almost fully loaded and had an MSRP of $44,949. The transmission is a six speed auto which has enough gears most of the time, but sometimes when you put your foot down, the kickdown is slow.

I I just would like to say that after owning 9 Fords for over 40 years and visiting 7 dealers for service Alexandra Moody was the BEST service rep i have ever had. From the time I parked in the lane a great friendly greeting, explaining she would be right with me. Inside she actually listened that Io what I thought was wrong, checked the VIN on the Bulletin of recall I found to make sure my Brake Booster was covered. She followed up by phone 2 hours later with confirmation and called me again as soon as it was finished. Considering I had made a appointment for Sat. with a different Rep, who never returned my call about a Friday drop-off so I had to wait until Monday I was surprised on the 180" turnaround of my first impression of your service department. You should add her on your appointment page, I didn't see her pic, so i can book her next time!
Harry Freeman was an excellent sales person. Very helpful, kind to my pregnant wife and he found the right vehicle at a fair price. For such a young person he was very good at his job. I will definitely come back to Harry when we are in search of another car. Thank you kindly to everyone who help us at the dealer. The finance manager was a riot! Super friendly.

BACKGROUND: For the past few months I have had an extremely SERIOUS situation with my LR tire that kept loosing air constantly! Time and time again it was taken down, placed on the water tank??? but it showed NO BUBLES!! Nevertheless I had to, like every 2-3 days, replaced the lost air!! Today, as frustrated as you can imagine I may be with this ???unknown mystery??? I knew I wanted the Civic LX before I contacted several Honda dealerships. I started with internet sales at each dealership. The person who was most helpful was at Brickell and her name is THAYS. After a few phone conversations, she was able to come up with the best "deal". Went to the dealership and she had me work with ADRIAN SANCHEZ. He helped me find the specific car I wanted, went on the test drive, did tons of paper work, and made the car perfect for me to drive away very happy. But before I could drive, I had to sign. I worked with finance manager, SAM JAUHARI. I had multiple questions and he patiently answered each one. Although leases are very similar, I will save $2000 over the 3 years of this lease compared to another dealership.
