We weren’t pressured to leave money down when we were still contemplating. Blake did keep in touch with us to see what our feelings were about the options. Again- didn’t feel pressured but it was nice to have a follow up. Once we made a decision, we were in and out the same day. We got a great deal on our trade in and could not be happier. This is our second purchase in 2 years and would recommend. I will be back when I’m ready to trade in a few years down the line. Thanks again for making this process seamless/painless!

i bought a jeep from here and i was unsure of the vehicle i wanted at first but after i was there i was able to test drive a few different cars and figured i loved the jeep i bought i had a budget that i couldn't pass and the car was more than that budget but after i sat with Pablo we were able to get it under my budget beyond grateful for them as i am still driving the car to this day with no problems but i recently went back and bought a car for my son i all went very smooth and i don't have any complaints i would totally recommend them and i will be going back for my next vehicle happily

My wife and I were in the market for an affordable/safe first car for our daughter. When I saw a car we were interested in that was within our budget at an Alfa Romeo/Maserati dealership I was dubious. We set up an appointment and met with Tyler. We were a bit intimidated when we walked in and saw the tiny little Chevy Sonic parked among all those high end vehicles. From the first second we walked in we were treated as if we were there to buy a $100,000 car instead of the 6k one. The entire staff there is great and made the nerve racking process of buying a pre owned car a fun one. They alieved all of our concerns and even insisted on fixing an issue we found with the vehicle. We would recommend this dealership to anyone no matter what their budget. Side note. While signing the papers the owner of the dealership came and sat down to thank us for our business. Thats better customer service than when I bought 40k cars. Well done.

Found my 2020 Ram at Bill Volz thanks to Cars.com. I was able to shop to find the RAM I wanted, focusing on a 3.92 Rear Axle. I was able to view the original window sticker for the car. Sales pitch was low pressure, not loke the other dealers I visited in my hunt. Bill Volz has been around for a long time, suspect they will remain in business for years to come.
