Number one GM dealership in the northeast. Pat Duke and Steve Vitiello are the best. This is my second truck from them in the last 18 months. I bought a certified 1500 Sierra SLT for my son last June and just bought my self the 2025 Sierra 3500 Denali ultimate DRW truck! This truck wasn’t in stock but Pat worked hard to find this truck for me with the specs I wanted and kept me posted about everything along the way, and made sure I got the most for my trade. When it came time to deliver he knew everything about the truck and made sure I did also. Steve is the best at what he does, I can’t thank him enough! Great experience and service!! Prior to pickup everything was explained and verified in order to have a seamless delivery experience. Best car dealer experience ever. I came in looking for a Bronco Outer Banks and Michael Rose did everything possible to help us. When we wanted a difficult to find color, he canvassed every dealer within 1000 miles to find the car. When he did find it, that dealer did not respond to him. He knew I really wanted that car so rather than try to direct me to another color, he encouraged me to buy the car directly with that dealer; he gave up the entire deal with me in order to make sure I was getting what i wanted. Not only that, he coached me through the deal and helped make sure I was getting the fairest and best deal I could get. I have never had such an honest, transparent and refreshing experience with a car sales person like that before...ever. Michael is a real gem and I'm grateful for his help in our buying process....even though he knew he would not make one dollar by helping me, he went far above and beyond. Thank you, Michael!
