This is my 3rd or 4th time leasing from Curry and I have been more than happy with the service. I’ve been to many dealerships during my car search, Fast Track has easily been the best experience even though I didn’t find the car for me: • Ramon is a genuinely good guy, big heart, no pressure • Best test drive experience ever (you’ll see what I mean) • cars super clean • every dealer adds on an addtion charge. Fast Track’s added rate was the lowest of the 8 dealerships I have been to • I was skeptical of the positive reviews. The look of the place isn’t impressive, but the way they run their business is an outlier compared to other dealerships I worked with

I always had a good experience with the service dept but today I was being taken advantage of. My 2018 Jeep Compass has only 30,000 miles and I was told by the advisor that it needs overall service and price would be $800 . I showed him the schedule that I was emailed and it was like $250 so I told him to just give me my free maintenance service that I usually get. I even showed him the pdf email. Also I brought my car in at 7:30 am on the line and he said that it should be ready by 9:30 and will call me. He never called so I just called service at 1 and it is ready. Next time I come for service and an advisor takes advantage I will ask for the Manager. I have friends that are retired from sales and service dept and I asked them and they said the advisor definitely was taking advantage of me; that there is no way 30,000 miles needs all that.

Spoke to a New Salesmen name Mike, and my credit score was a little low however he asked me to come in and that He'll be able to assist me, He is Amazing and looking forward to see him soon

This is the 5th car I buy from major world, was a nice experience even tho we always wait a little long, Arturo was our salesman and he wasn’t great, I recommend him if you come to major world
