Let me say that out of the 12 or so new cars I have purchased in my lifetime, this experience was the absolutely number one. Isaac was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in all aspects of the sale. When we walked in, we had no intention of purchasing a vehicle as we had just started looking and had planned on going to three dealerships that day. Because of because of Isaac, the other people we worked with, and the vehicle itself, it happened that day. We did not go elswhere to look. I was in the market for a used rubicon wrangler, Sherman dodge had the vehicle I wanted. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jesse W and from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new vehicle he was very attentive to my every need! I felt like I left with an amazing deal!

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund.
