Salesperson Dean was easy to work with and was straightforward about others having interest in the car I was interested in. All issues with the car were disclosed in advance. Dealer addressed some expensive items like installing a new windshield. They had a driver pick me up from the airport (I purchased from out of state). Purchase experience was great!

The service rep kept me informed of findings, provided a timely quote and repair and in the end the repair cost was less than quoted. Weve been Toyota customers for several years but was impressed with the Ford options So we decided to check them out. The salesman Ryan Bloom was helpful but not pressuring and very knowledgeable of the product. While making the purchase, the business office was quick and efficient. We may have spent 15 minutes finalizing the purchase where it took two hours on a previous Toyota purchase. Ryan fully explained the service department and introduced us to the vehicle options and how to set them up. So long as the Escape holds up to our expectations, well return to Mize Ford on our next purchase.
