Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. But no one else I would have rather had as a product specialist, than Moshi. Words cannot even begin to express my appreciation for his services. There is a recall on there faulty motors. Mine blew up one day. They did everything in there power to not cover the problem. Today I took back a brand new part to get my $300.00 back, and was told it was over 90 days and I couldn't return it. So I'm out of a little over $5000.00.

Went in to get a tire replacement. Ian greeted me with great enthusiasm & politeness. He texted me to see if I needed anything else, as they usually do. Towards the end, Ian was nice to ask me if the quote given prior matched with what was on the invoice and I said no. He corrected it and everything looked good. My only gripe was it took over an hour for my car to be ready but they were very busy that morning also. Thanks Ian!
