By far the most simple and easiest car buying experience I’ve EVER had at a dealership. I called the Newton location and got Tom on the phone we had a great conversation about the truck I found on the internet. I made the appointment and when I arrived the next day he had the truck packed up front waiting for me with the door open and the keys on the seat. I took the truck for a test drive. When I came back to the lot I was introduced to Albert. He took me to the office and in 10 min had the deal done with a handshake. 1/2 hour later I was driving home in my new truck. Will definitely recommend the dealer to all my friends and family. Tom And Albert are top notch and they take the horrors out of buying a used car

I was driving by this dealership and was happy to find it here on Cars.com too and now have a hub to their inventory on my favorite Car site! I am an online car shopping junkie of a sort and when I do decide to move on my next Used vehicle I will check Dover Used Car Center first because when I walked in I was treated as a person and not a target! What's even more impressive is that the car was delivered from New Jersey to Ohio exactly one week after I closed on the loan. Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

It was amazing! Having two toddlers with me and the bf lol is a lot of work but Tristan was amazing and worked very quickly with me since this morning before even coming in....pretty much when I arrived I had to sign documents get insurance, test drive in parking lot (only bc the area, I was unfamiliar with) and th3n sign some more paper work and off I went. And the kids did get a little fussy but no complaints from anyone which is always so nice. I mean 2 under 2 is a lot already and they worked their magic and got me a car even with low credit and a repow.....repo..... thanks so much guys!!!!
