Omar and Will helped me on servicing my 2024 GR Corolla, them selves both are also the owners of GR Corolla, that makes a big difference to understand the importance of this special car while it?s in their shop for service. On 8/15/2025, my check engine light and some other light came on while I?m on the way to their dealership to drop off the car for oil change, Will plug in the checking device and found out it?s the update that Toyota recently came out with, he instructed the technician to update my ECU and that cleared the code and the car was back in normal within few hours. I suggest everyone who lives nearby Austin to bring your car to Toyota of North Austin for service, and make sure you book the appointment with Omar.

The salesman Josh was most helpful and showed us everything they had. I thought their prices were reasonable and they had some very low mileage 2019s. We later decided we needed to change what we were looking for from extended cabs to crew cabs so we did not end up buying from Whitten but were impressed with their salesman who was laid back, very informative and not high pressure.

I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. It has a cinnamon red leather interior, and I am very happy with this car. Hats off to all the good people at Auto Web Expo in Plano Texas!!! This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. He was awesome too! However, I can?t say to ask for Nick because both of their finance people at this location are amazing.
