Dave Sepavich helped us find a used car that fit our requirements. We had visited a couple other dealerships, but Dave was the one we were the most comfortable with and we were grateful for his assistance. We should have tried selling my car before trading it in. Time will tell if the vehicle service agreement (an add-on in the finance office) was worth the money. One other thing, Lia has many dealerships. So, if you're looking for a used car, they have access to each others inventory. That was pretty cool!

Easy top notch experience from start to finish. I had a vehicle in mind upon arrival. After looking at the vehicle on the lot I was introduced to Lou Carvalho. Lou was great to work with when trying to finalize the deal. The process of negotiating the deal from start to finish was handled with professionalism and extremely easy to work with in getting the deal done. Once we agreed upon the deal I was brought over to the finance department and met Waseem who also was exceptional to work with and did his best to find the best financials to get the deal done. If you are looking for a friendly face, laid-back guy who knows a lot but doesn't talk over your head, see Bola. He was my sales consultant. He took the time to find a vehicle that would suit me perfectly. I went in thinking I would end up with a Jeep Cherokee and left with a Jeep Wrangler. At pick up, he took the time to pair my phone and go over the entire Jeep, down to every last button. The sales manager, Holden, was fantastic, working with me to make sure my vehicle was affordable. I have been dealing with Bolles Motors since 1987. I purchased 3 Jeeps from them -- a Laredo, Grand Cherokee, Patriot -- and I have leased my last 3, all Grand Cherokee Limited. They are a great dealership and their service is equally outstanding. Brian makes it a point to say hello and check in with me every time I visit the dealership. I have dealt with Barry Pinto several times (sales/leases) and Dan in service is top notch. I wouldn't deal with any other Jeep dealership.
