I made a 1 star Review BY ACCIDENT. I was under the assumption that was making the review for the Napleton's Arlington Heights. I have been trying to delete my previous reviews but couldn't. Please let me know if there is a way to delete it. Your dealership is one of the best in the area... for prices and staff. I worked with Tyson and he was really helpful with everything. I decided to wait a little and will be back at your dealership for new Jeep ;)

This dealership is currently getting renovated inside and it’s beautiful! This is also the first time buying a car that I didn’t feel like I was getting “screwed over” somehow. They were very much on our side and enjoyable to work with.

My husband went into the dealership this afternoon and worked with a member of the sales team named Victor. He was able to work with our credit and our trade in to get us into a reliable vehicle that we could afford. He was thorough and efficient and we were well taken care of. We appreciate his help and couldn't be happier with the experience.

My car was totaled and I didn’t know what kind of car I wanted. Josh K patiently listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He helped me find a car that was perfect for me. Let me say that out of the 12 or so new cars I have purchased in my lifetime, this experience was the absolutely number one. Isaac was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in all aspects of the sale. When we walked in, we had no intention of purchasing a vehicle as we had just started looking and had planned on going to three dealerships that day. Because of because of Isaac, the other people we worked with, and the vehicle itself, it happened that day. We did not go elswhere to look. They were upfront, honest and helpful. I also liked that a sales manager did come to the desk of the sales person I worked with to negotiate the price of the vehicle. When dealers do that, it is overwhelming to the customer and seems overboard pushy.
