Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. Let me say that out of the 12 or so new cars I have purchased in my lifetime, this experience was the absolutely number one. Isaac was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in all aspects of the sale. When we walked in, we had no intention of purchasing a vehicle as we had just started looking and had planned on going to three dealerships that day. Because of because of Isaac, the other people we worked with, and the vehicle itself, it happened that day. We did not go elswhere to look.
