He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). They were upfront, honest and helpful. I also liked that a sales manager did come to the desk of the sales person I worked with to negotiate the price of the vehicle. When dealers do that, it is overwhelming to the customer and seems overboard pushy.
