I had spoke with him over the phone regarding the vehicle I was interested in and he had it ready to test drive when I got there. After 4 months of looking for an suv, we found one. Although it was listed on Spitzer KIa, Mansfield the vehicle was acutally in North Canton, Ohio. We contacted Spitzer and they sent an employee to bring it to Mansfield. We made arrangements to test drive. Prior to this we had dealt with Anthony McQueen when looking a t a previous vehicle. He was the employee who we once again worked with and purchased from. We liked Anthonny as he so patient with me with questions asked. He was honest, not overbearing, and very thorough in showing us all the many functions of our Sportage. We like his attitude, friendliness and knowledge of things we asked about the suv. Anthony is a genuine person who cares about the buyer not just about making a sale. I hope he continues to grow with Spitzer. We will definitely ask for him in the future if looking for another vehicle.

Needed brake pads checked. Appt made 1 day in advance due to need. After their staff drove and inspected my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland it was determined new brake pads and rotors were needed. Job was completed the same day and in a professional manner. Gave a 3 for customer service only because I was texted a number that I was supposed to be able to reach out to while I waited but when I did to get a status update I never received a response. Just notified when my car was ready. Waiting area was clean and roomy, restrooms were clean as well. There is a charging station available but you?ll need to bring your own cord. Fresh donuts and coffee were available in addition to a vending machine. Overall a solid 4!
