Angela Rotenizer was AWESOME!!! In fact she did such a good job we left with two vehicles. We didn't arrive at the dealership until 5:30 (30 minutes before she was supposed to get off) and didn't leave until after 10. Angela stayed with us the entire time even with our attempts to have her go home. She was very professional and courteous and made sure we were as comfortable as possible during our wait to sign the finance paper work. When we did make it to the finance office Nathan Edwards was great too. He had all our paperwork ready so when we walked in to his office all we had to do was sign and drive. I was very pleased with my experience with Impex Chevrolet. I found the vehicle on line and was able to put a down payment on it also on line. I made arrangements to drive 3 hours to the dealership from my home in Virginia, and met with Marqus Brooks, the salesman handling my sale. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to explain different options available to me regarding extended warranty, and assisted in completing the sale. Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.

I’ve purchased 6 vehicles from three different Dodge dealerships since 2004. Four in Jacksonville NC, one in Pleasanton, Texas and the latest at Kernersville Dodge. Kernersville has by far been the best experience when purchasing a vehicle. Carmen Lopez was great in assisting me over the phone and online. Ask for ANGELA. She was very helpful. Wasn't pushy, didn't felt pressure, the car had minor defects but she took care of it for me. Drove an hour and half away and she made it worth it. I would recommend Angela to anyone who does find a car that they like at this dealership.
