Exceptional experience from the time of inquiry. The Jeep I had originally inquired about through an online query sold that same day. Immediately, Jared started helping find alternative cars that met our needs which involved contacting other dealerships to find a match for us. Within two days, THE JEEP for us had been found! He had a giant red bow put on it for the grand reveal to my daughter which was priceless. I bought a 2020 Kia soul from this dealership’s. Took my time to fine the right vehicle . And was never pressured to buy something I did no wanted . After two month had a problem with van and they fix it no charge . I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund.
