Alberto Rodriguez, Sales Consultant, treated me very professionally during my buying experience at Dadeland Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Miami, Florida. I bought a 2018 Chrysler 300 Limited and Alberto explained in detail the features of the car before and after the closing of the transaction. He knew the car very well and discussed with me all my questions which were many. He told me that even after the delivery of the car, I could call him on his cell phone for more questions or concerns and I did call him more than a couple of times receiving the same good treatment and service as from day one. I believe that Alberto is an asset to this dealership and I will recommend him to my family, relatives, and friends when looking to buy a car.

I purchased on April 2nd, I gave this place a four because of my sale person Dante Sarno, he is the best sales person to go to, he goes above and beyond to have a happy and satisfied customer. I normally feel uncomfortable whenever I enter a car dealership; many bad experiences have led me to that point. I can say with all honesty that this time was extremely different. I met with Carlos Torres, the gentleman extraordinaire, extremely patient, honest, and very transparent; something to cherish very much in a person. I also appreciate Steve for greeting me in the parking lot, showing me a round, and ensuring I was always comfortable throughout the process; a wonderful and extremely valuable team member!! Several staff members greeted me during my visit and offered their service for anything I needed from water, tea, to moments of their great sense of humor. Other places usually spend their time trying to assume my financial status and treat or ignore me according to their assessment; NOT HERE!! I commend all of their staff, from sales to finance, for their well-constructed team of great individuals. I loved it and highly recommend. This is it!
