Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

Had been hunting for a Ram for a while and used cars.com and found my perfect truck at Kindle. Sales person (Blake) was outstanding. No pressure just made a great deal. Great overall experience. Broden did and awesome job thru out the transaction. My only concern was that I asked what brand oil and weight was used when they changed oil. I did not receive that information. That is concerning to me because of it being a high performance engine with specific lubrication requirements. Only other thing IMO, was the detail job not exactly my definition of a car detail. Again my opinion. Overall, I would highly recommend Auto Nation Phoenix North, and salesperson Broden!
