He walked me through each vehicle’s features and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with everything. Once I made my decision, the team made it possible for me to take my new car home right away by kindly returning my rental for me the next day—something I didn’t expect, but deeply appreciated. Nick, the finance manager, was also wonderful. He explained all the paperwork clearly and made the financing process stress-free. Gabe Crump was very help full today at the lot. We drove into the lot and with in seconds of looking around Gabe was able to show us some cars that suited my interests. While doing so we were able to take a look at all the cars on the lot and find the right one for me. With just a couple test drives and signatures later I was walking off the lot with the registration to my new car. We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. Chris gave clear explanations, was always prepared for appointments, and worked with us as we made our decision. We never felt that he was pushing any particular choice or that we had to make a quick decision. We truly believe that Chris and the team at Wickstrom wanted to help us select a vehicle we would be happy with for the next several years.
