Jonathan Martinez was GREAT!!! I explained my needs to him. I did not want anything too big. I have been in a Nissan for 13 yrs. Jonathan recommended the Compass and I find it to be just the right size for me. I love, love, love it. He explained the features to me which I am having a ball experimenting with. Especially happy he mentioned the idling at a traffic light shut off feature. I would have went into straight panic mode if he hadn't. Big shout out to Shante Abney who got me in the door. I had a 8am appointment. They got me in and out within a hour. Service consultant was very nice. All of the people in the service process were kind and professional. I appreciate the speedy but great service.

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars it’s because of the service rep Chelsea. That young lady was pure class. Very professional from the moment I walked in. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with her. Over the past year I’ve been used to being ignored by the service reps. Saying good morning just to get an acknowledgment. But some people find being on their cell phone and texting is more important than responding to a good morning. You literally have to ask people for help even though there’s customer in front of you. Finally on this trip as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Chelsea. I was very impressed with her professionalism. She was very polite and patient. She did search on the computer and sold me a package. Other Than the big guy outside who takes picture of the cars coming in, Chelsea is the absolute most professional service advisor I have ever dealt with in that dealership. Excellent service. I really felt welcomed on that day.

Very welcoming and helping atmosphere from the start. I was helped by Ricardo Matienzo to buy a car and the whole process went by smoothly, far easier than any other dealership. Great people, great deals, great dealership.

I always had a good experience with the service dept but today I was being taken advantage of. My 2018 Jeep Compass has only 30,000 miles and I was told by the advisor that it needs overall service and price would be $800 . I showed him the schedule that I was emailed and it was like $250 so I told him to just give me my free maintenance service that I usually get. I even showed him the pdf email. Also I brought my car in at 7:30 am on the line and he said that it should be ready by 9:30 and will call me. He never called so I just called service at 1 and it is ready. Next time I come for service and an advisor takes advantage I will ask for the Manager. I have friends that are retired from sales and service dept and I asked them and they said the advisor definitely was taking advantage of me; that there is no way 30,000 miles needs all that.

Spoke to a New Salesmen name Mike, and my credit score was a little low however he asked me to come in and that He'll be able to assist me, He is Amazing and looking forward to see him soon
