My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
I had a flat in my Dodge Ram 1500 on the way to Missouri from NH. On a Saturday I tried a couple of places to either get it repaired or replaced, they were either closed, there would be a 3 hour wait(WalMart), or they didn???t have the tire in stock, (WalMart again). I decided to check local dealerships and found Woodys, so glad I did. Derby I and his staff were wonderful, forgoing above and beyond. Deryck even went to another location to make sure my new tire had white letttering. I am a Police Chief with 37 employees, and customer service is one of my greatest demands. I have a saying, ???hire for attitude, train for success???. I certainly saw that with Deryck and his crew. Thanks Deryck!!!
Jerry took the time to insure I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. He provides excellent feedback and listens to what you need. He then goes above and beyond what the customer ask of him. If you truly want to insure you get the proper respect as a customer and if you want to ensure repeat customers then I would make sure all your service advisors perform as well as Jerry. No two people are alike but it???s a very comforting fact that I know who I???m going to ask for when I come back to Huffines Dodge
I drove an hour and a half to go to this dealership. I bought a Jeep Compass yesterday and I was completely pleased with my experience and everyone I met there from Mike the internet guy, Joe my salesman and Frank in finance, everyone was awesome.
So finally we bought 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. I've been to 10 different jeep dealers in Chicagoland and got no where with advertised price, instead got poor service and left with frustrations. Finally my frustration ended with positive experience at Larry Roesch Jeep. I purchased a SUV one step better than what was looking for.(Jeep High Altitude to Jeep Summit) Sales Person Louie Zaino was strait forward, prompt, friendly and listen to all my needs and budget. I did a lot of research prior to deciding on a Jeep and Carl Burger was best dealership. I drove up and I was greeted by Mary and it was a smooth transition from there. I told her exactly what I wanted and she wasted no time in making it happen. Side Note: I brought my 2 kids and the team was so great to them (offering them snacks/water) they have a tv section and a small kids play area. I had a wonderful experience and will be sure to recommend Mary Roberts any chance I get.
I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!
