Hey hey hey! For anyone shopping for a car and looking at reviews I had a great experience! This was at Napleton in Sanford. My wife and I went into the store very skeptical and not trusting anything (reading reviews) and ready to combat anything that would be thrown at me. I have had alot of bad experiences and pushy upsales and then once you buy the vehicle “You are stuck” .With Jose he very transparent from the start and has been until this day. The whole situation went smooth and honest and even after i left and i had realized that i had a light that was not working (here we go)…..but again Jose had me come right in and it was fixed in less than 30 min. He even texted me with updates!! As always, this is just my solo experience but i will say I would buy another car from Napelton and not all car buying experiences are bad! Thank you Jose!

I went to Classic Honda to trade in my car that was causing some issues with the tires. I was able to get in right away to trade me car in. I was assisted by Dan Nguyen. I already knew what car I wanted, and he was able to accommodate me with getting my car quick and swiftly. Usually, the process would take me half the day (4 hours or more). I came in at 10am and I was done by 11:30am which made it all the better. Also, Abdony Vitalus in the finance department is always pleasant and professional making sure all my paperwork is in order and completed quickly.
