They told me it was a very good car and everything was good on it which set my mind at ease. After going to the dealership after the mechanic Max helped me with everything. I wrote a negative review of this dealership earlier but I am rescinding that one and revising my overall rating from 2 to 4 because I received a full refund of my deposit of $500 within 5 days of being unable to consummate a deal due to the high cost of shipping the 2006 Honda CRV I was interested buying. They were also quick to provide me photos of sections of the vehicle I wanted to check.

It is highly utilitarian, no frills. Highy efficient fuel wise. Semi automatic transmission annoyed me at first but actually works extremely well. Only relibility problem was bad battery ground connector cam lock. It caused lots of problems.

Gave the place a missed call and Mike called me right back. They told me to come for an appraisal instantly and did not make me wait. I always had a good experience with the service dept but today I was being taken advantage of. My 2018 Jeep Compass has only 30,000 miles and I was told by the advisor that it needs overall service and price would be $800 . I showed him the schedule that I was emailed and it was like $250 so I told him to just give me my free maintenance service that I usually get. I even showed him the pdf email. Also I brought my car in at 7:30 am on the line and he said that it should be ready by 9:30 and will call me. He never called so I just called service at 1 and it is ready. Next time I come for service and an advisor takes advantage I will ask for the Manager. I have friends that are retired from sales and service dept and I asked them and they said the advisor definitely was taking advantage of me; that there is no way 30,000 miles needs all that.

I bought a Ram ProMaster from Royal Motors was such an easy experience and I never felt pressured at all. Leo was very easy to deal with as well as his dad. After we decided on a price they wouldn't let me take it home until their mechanic made sure everything was working properly. The last thing that I appreciated was about a week after picking up the van Leo called me to let me know the auction dealer delivered an extra set of keys. Overall I felt they were looking for a lifelong customer rather than just making a one time sale.

Well, just purchased van and like the handling and cargo space . I use it mainly a a company work van. It is used both for work and recreational.
