It is highly utilitarian, no frills. Highy efficient fuel wise. Semi automatic transmission annoyed me at first but actually works extremely well. Only relibility problem was bad battery ground connector cam lock. It caused lots of problems.

I am writing a review of this dealership based on my experience dated 02/15/ 2025. I purchased a 2025 pacific on Saturday. I had been in contact with the salesman Taz and several manager over the phone and e mail in hopes of making my time at the dealership as quick as possible. even though I had prearrange before I got there as much as possible, I had selected the vehicle and verified that it was there and told them what type of transaction, I arrived early at 10:30 am in hopes of leaving before the weather turned bad. I asked several time that I wanted to leave soon, but I could not leave until 5:30 in the evening when it was pouring down rain. My best experience was with The salesperson, Taz who assisted me every step of the way as much as he could. He is a true credit to the dealership and I really appreciated his help along the way as I am an elderly disabled vet. He made sure that my vehicle was prepped and transfer of my equipment was done WAJ

Recently purchased a vehicle through Nabil in sales. He was great to deal with. No pressure and explained the different options for purchasing the vehicle. He also took his time showing me the vehicle without making the process seem hurried. I came back a couple of times before deciding and each time he was courteous and patient. In finance, I dealt with Noah who was equally outstanding and professional. He went over various financing options with me and explained to me the pros and cons of each, leaving the ultimate decision to me. I’m happy with my purchase from Koons and their courteous and professional staff.

Had a great experience working with salesman Jonathan Molina and the finance team. Koons offered the best price and made sure I received a competitive rate. They also didn’t add in any ridiculous fees (I explicitly said no maintenance package at the beginning and they respected that).

My experience with Shereen could not have been better. She put me at ease from our first interaction all the way until I received my keys. Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren. We purchased our new Dodge Durango from Koons Tysons CDJR in April. The Sales Manager, Tony Screnci, was instrumental in coordinating the sale of this vehicle. He was very responsive and transparent when answering all of our questions via email and made the sales process go smoothly. He even ensured all paperwork was in order prior to our visiting the dealership. Marc Tranen was our Product Specialist. He, too, was excellent in responding to our emails and furnished information in a timely manner. Unlike sales staff at other dealerships, he never pressured us into making a decision. On the day we signed the contract, he checked with staff throughout the process to see how things were progressing and kept us informed. He spent time demonstrating all the electronic features of the vehicle and even synced our phones in the car's system. He was very easy to communicate with and made us feel comfortable. He gave us his business card and encouraged us to contact him if we had further questions. This is a great dealership and we would defintely consider buying another vehicle from them!!

Dealership was easy to find. Employees were very nice and great to deal with. Salesman seemed to have a lot of experience in the car selling/buying business. Some dealerships will try and rip you off, I had no such experience here at South Street Auto Sales. Owner of the dealership stepped in on my purchase to make sure all was going well. I bought a brand new 2013 Mitsubishi Evo with under 200 miles on it. Walked out saving a lot of money. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Nice antique cars to look at when waiting around. I did have to wait a decent amount of time because the finance manager was busy with other customers. No problem for me with the deal I walked away with.

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV.
