I bought a car yesterday from Topline Automotive and I am very happy with it! My experience with Topline and their staff has been top notch from the beginning. I had been looking to buy a used BMW for 5 years now, and due to unforeseen circumstances I was looking to buy one within the month. I did my research and did my numbers, and found 3 really good deals. I checked out the other cars and dealers in Orange County and had my friend also run numbers on her end. I expressed interest in the car I found at Topline and called to see when I could check it out. The manager/director, Ethan Lam, helped me from start to finish. He was great! Not pushy or aggressive, very communicative, and super helpful. I filled out the online application they have on their website for financing and he found me such an awesome deal/rate, it was unbelievable. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with his efforts! The quality of the cars that Topline has is impressive. The car I ended up buying looked really clean and well-maintained. There are extensive photos for every one of their vehicles available online, so there were no surprises. They have an extremely nice selection of used luxury cars that have been well-maintained and look brand new. The car I chose runs beautifully and was such a good deal, it still feels unreal! Absolutely the best overall buying experience. Jason Yorker is not a "used car sales," rather a professional automotive concierge. He located that exact vehicle I was looking for, was patient with my questions, but especially negotiated a more than reasonable and fare offer. I can't say enough positive things about my experience from Rob Hassan (General Manager) to Jason Yorker. They all provided an excellent buying experience and attention to detail. From one who hates buying cars, these guys are outstanding and far exceeded my expectations.

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. Ethan and Eddie were both incredibly polite people with a low-pressure approach to selling cars. The quality of their inventory was very high and they are gracious and responsive negotiators. Would definitely buy a car there again, my daughter loves her 428i.

John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

After getting the run around from multiple dealerships in LA/OC/IE I visited Auto Republic. Yes, I had my guard up after all the financing and heavy down payments other dealerships we're asking for before even giving me attention. The showroom was clean and the lot had so many dream cars. I found the perfect car for my family and had the assistance from the manager that was top notch. I'm writing this review since the single star reviews show the lack of reading details about add on features. Don't get upset with a dealership for having tracking on a car (saves on insurance) along with other key options that are great for your next car. I've referred family and friends, all had exceptional purchasing experiences and I'll get my next vehicle here as well.
