This is the 3rd car I’ve bought from Valley City. I love everything about them. Their sales team is amazing. Their finance guys are Awesome. This time I bought a used car and had to have it serviced. Betsy was THE BEST!! She knew over the phone what was wrong just by how I explained the sounds my van made. She got me in quickly, got it fixed AND got it back to me in one day. When I told Betsy I didn’t have a ride, she even offered to come pick me up to get it! I can’t speak highly enough about this place!!

Chad took care of me and my car's service seamlessly! The technicians in the shop were great about making sure my car was up to date and alerted me to what I might need done in the future. Chad and the team assured my car was safe and it has driven well! A few days ago, I went to Honda North for an oil change. Nygell completely took good care with my service. Kudos to the mechanics for getting me in and out and the confidence that my car runs well. Though I live in Dorchester, I always go to Honda North. I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue.
