I have bought three previous vehicles via Pomoco. The first way back in 2004 the Pomoco located in Hampton, and I've continuously gone back each time since. this time was no different. My Dodge Journey that I purchased in 2013 suddenly died on me and I was heart broken. However, the sales associate, Kevin Steele (whom I spoke to during a previous visit about my interest in the Jeep Grand models) came to my rescue. I immediately asked for his assistance in the help of choosing the right Jeep Grand Cherokee for my family's' needs as well as one to fit my budget. The sales experience went even better this time around because of Mr. Steele's patience and understanding in allowing me the time to carefully choose the options, color, and style of Jeep I wanted. He carefully explained the process of financing and even went as far to find a financer to handle the vehicle notes for less than the other competitors. Everyone who assisted in the process was quite helpful, and friendly. The Pomoco Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram group always goes above and beyond to making everyone feel like family, and ensuring that customers get a fair deal on whatever service they are requesting. Keyvan really made the entire process of buying a car very easy and transparent. He was never pushy and he was very thorough in making sure that we got the car we liked.

Each used car had a brochure about its features. Sales person had good follow up that was not high pressured. Only criticism was that their customer parking lot is too small.

Ongoing electrical problem that 4 other dealerships couldn't locate or solve. I was 300 miles away from home and had to get to the closest dealership as fast as I could. I couldn't have been luckier that day. Service Tech Jacob was the only person after 10,000 miles and 5 dealerships that took the time to properly trouble shoot my problem, locate the issue, and fix the problem. If I had a major problem in the future, I would drive 300 miles so Jacob could solve it, the first time. I have NEVER been so impressed with any dealership as I was with Diepholz!

I would recommend anyone to go to Sansone Jr. Automall on 66 in Neptune. My saleswoman Melissa listened very carefully to what I wanted and made sure to do everything she could to help me on this purchase. She reviewed over options for me and gave me a clear understanding of what was in my best interest. Melissa wasn't just selling me a car. I expressed that I wasn't made of money and she respected that. Ever sit in a dealership for 6+ hours trying to close on a deal? My engine on my Dodge 2012 went out and I needed $4500 for repairs. I had already spent $630 for the month for car rentals while my car was down. I still owed $9000 on my car and it had 138,900 miles on it too. I was perplexed in trying to decide should I repair my old vehicle because I didn???t know if it could be traded in with the repairs needed. Adam contacted me because he was made aware of my situation and how much I had been spending for a car rental . I came into the dealetship and we discussed some options. I miraculously got approved at the dealership for a Brand New 2018 Dodge Journey with only 15 miles on it with no money down! My car note is $289 more than what I was originally paying and I have GAP protection too. I no longer have the worries of getting the repairs done or the $9000 that was owed on the car. This was the best car buying experience I???ve had. I went to dealership on September 4th at around 1200 and was greeted by a very nice and professional sales rep named Tori. The energy was great. Tori was very much interested in my needs and wants and met those needs beyond my expectations. I purchased a black 2018 Dodge Durango SXT. This is the exact color and model I wanted. I was recently shopping around for a new lease. I stopped by Executive Nissan to see Stephanie. She was extremely knowledgeable about each of the SUV's I was interested in, and very helpful during the whole process. So my husband and I started the whole car buying experience the last week of October. We started at Classic Dodge of Denton. While there we were treated horribly by the sales manager Keith. It was just one thing after another and he lied about us and our approval. We than went the following weekend (first Saturday in November) to The Jeep Dealership in Rowlett Texas where we met with Chris and his Mother. By the end of the 12 hours of being there we were told we were approved for a 2014 Jeep Latitude. Perfect wasn???t what we wanted but that was okay it was new to us. And that???s were the worse two weeks of our car buying experience dragged on. We found out when we got the car home that Sunday that our temp tags were not legit for 45 days but rather 3 days. Than that Tuesday we found out that the paperwork we signed wasn???t approved and legit. It was a nightmare. It wasn???t until the following Saturday (Nov 11) when my husband and I called Huffines Jeep in Plano, Tx at 8:30pm. We were connected to Adam. He listened and was very understanding. He asked how fast could we drive to them they would be there and open no matter how long it took. At 9:03pm my husband and I walked in. Adam, The Sales Director and a Finance Gentleman were waiting for us. Within in 30 minutes we had renewed hope. Saw the car we would end up buying. That Monday Adam called said that by weeks end he was going to make us extremely happy. And honestly he kept his word. We literally by Thursday at 9am walked in got our new car which was washed, full of gas, and inspected. The Huffines Team lead by Adam is extraordinarily amazing and we are so thankful for them. The week before last Adam (Wednesday before Thanksgiving) called to make sure the car was still fitting our needs. On Monday (Dec 9th) we received a phone call letting us know our plates were in and we could pick them up. I pulled in today (Dec 12), sent a Text to Adam letting him know I was there and he responded quickly and seemed genuinely excited to hear from me. We are going to be buying a second car in the next few months and we are already planning to be working with Adam. Again, like the title said it Started out as the worse Car buying Experience and ended up the best! As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. Gordon Palmer and the crew at West Motor in Preston, ID are fantastic! We live in Star Valley, WY, two hours away from Preston. We were in the market for a slightly used Dodge Journey. I had been in contact with several other dealers, including the Dodge dealer in Star Valley, but Gordon gave us the best rate and the best price on a 2016 Journey! We wanted to trade in our 99 Chevy Suburban as part of our down payment on the new vehicle. On the way to Preston, my three-year-old daughter got car sick going over Immigration Pass and puked in the car. We didn't have the means to clean it up sufficiently, but Gordon was really cool about it. He gave us rags and towels to help us get it cleaned up once we got to the dealer and they still gave us a good trade-in value. The purchasing process was really simple and the wait was not long at all. Gordon was really friendly and professional and he most definitely knows what he's doing. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else! They even topped off the vehicle for us before we made the two-hour trek back home. He gave us two fobs for our Journey, but one of them wasn't working. When we went back to get a new one, Gordon was very accommodating and even reimbursed us for the fuel we spent to drive back over there!
