I called on a Navigator that they had in stock. I was an hour away, but he sales manager told me that the car may have an engine problem and they are taking it offer the lot. I was happy that they did not make me drive all the way out there and try to flip me in to something else.

My engine on my Dodge 2012 went out and I needed $4500 for repairs. I had already spent $630 for the month for car rentals while my car was down. I still owed $9000 on my car and it had 138,900 miles on it too. I was perplexed in trying to decide should I repair my old vehicle because I didn???t know if it could be traded in with the repairs needed. Adam contacted me because he was made aware of my situation and how much I had been spending for a car rental . I came into the dealetship and we discussed some options. I miraculously got approved at the dealership for a Brand New 2018 Dodge Journey with only 15 miles on it with no money down! My car note is $289 more than what I was originally paying and I have GAP protection too. I no longer have the worries of getting the repairs done or the $9000 that was owed on the car. The dealership took car of everything! God used Adam to perform a miracle and save the day for my family and I! Adam was very kind, considerate, detailed and compassionate while servicing me for this sale! This was the best car buying experience I???ve had. I went to dealership on September 4th at around 1200 and was greeted by a very nice and professional sales rep named Tori. The energy was great. Tori was very much interested in my needs and wants and met those needs beyond my expectations. I purchased a black 2018 Dodge Durango SXT. This is the exact color and model I wanted. Tori and the sales manager Eric helped me get a great trade in price for my 2016 Ford Fusion and the best apr for my new Durango.. My payment is exactly where I wanted it to be. Made appointment 45 minutes prior to arrival. Took me in immediately changed oil and filter very quickly and even washed car. Will return when I need any type services
Laurel Kia has the best Customer Service In Maryland! It does take over 2 weeks to make an appointment but it is totally worth it. Affordable service, and true care.
So my husband and I started the whole car buying experience the last week of October. We started at Classic Dodge of Denton. While there we were treated horribly by the sales manager Keith. It was just one thing after another and he lied about us and our approval. We than went the following weekend (first Saturday in November) to The Jeep Dealership in Rowlett Texas where we met with Chris and his Mother. By the end of the 12 hours of being there we were told we were approved for a 2014 Jeep Latitude. Perfect wasn???t what we wanted but that was okay it was new to us. And that???s were the worse two weeks of our car buying experience dragged on. We found out when we got the car home that Sunday that our temp tags were not legit for 45 days but rather 3 days. Than that Tuesday we found out that the paperwork we signed wasn???t approved and legit. It was a nightmare. It wasn???t until the following Saturday (Nov 11) when my husband and I called Huffines Jeep in Plano, Tx at 8:30pm. We were connected to Adam. He listened and was very understanding. He asked how fast could we drive to them they would be there and open no matter how long it took. At 9:03pm my husband and I walked in. Adam, The Sales Director and a Finance Gentleman were waiting for us. Within in 30 minutes we had renewed hope. Saw the car we would end up buying. That Monday Adam called said that by weeks end he was going to make us extremely happy. And honestly he kept his word. We literally by Thursday at 9am walked in got our new car which was washed, full of gas, and inspected. The Huffines Team lead by Adam is extraordinarily amazing and we are so thankful for them. The week before last Adam (Wednesday before Thanksgiving) called to make sure the car was still fitting our needs. On Monday (Dec 9th) we received a phone call letting us know our plates were in and we could pick them up. I pulled in today (Dec 12), sent a Text to Adam letting him know I was there and he responded quickly and seemed genuinely excited to hear from me. We are going to be buying a second car in the next few months and we are already planning to be working with Adam. Again, like the title said it Started out as the worse Car buying Experience and ended up the best! Great Job Huffines and Thank you for dealing with a high maintence very demanding customer like myself!
This was my first visit to AutoNation Ford. Easy and painless. I set an appointment on-line for a 30,000 mile check up and service for my vehicle. Met my Service Adviser, Jerry Fisher. Mr. Fisher was helpful and attentive. Kept me updated throughout the visit. The appointment was for 1pm and I was out by 2:30pm. Everything that I asked to be done was done. A couple of things I requested, transmission fluid change and tire rotation was not. The items were checked, but deemed not necessary at this time. Fluid level and condition was fine and tire wear was not sufficient to warrant the tire rotation. Saved me a few dollars on the visit. That is always a good thing. Told Mr. Fisher I appreciated his help and expertise and that from this point on, whenever I come in for any service issues ... emergency or routine ... he is my point of contact.

He carefully explained the process of financing and even went as far to find a financer to handle the vehicle notes for less than the other competitors. Everyone who assisted in the process was quite helpful, and friendly. The Pomoco Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram group always goes above and beyond to making everyone feel like family, and ensuring that customers get a fair deal on whatever service they are requesting. I was recently shopping around for a new lease. I stopped by Executive Nissan to see Stephanie. She was extremely knowledgeable about each of the SUV's I was interested in, and very helpful during the whole process. As she knew I was not sure exactly what I wanted, and was looking around - she was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to go see Stephanie!
