On 1/27/25 took my 2015 Wrangler in for a check engine light and the code I provided was for a faulty thermostat. My Service Advisor Michael gave me a price quote of just under $800 to replace the thermostat and housing which is after a $220 diagnostic charge. I was told that the part was on back order and would be a month or more before they could get it, "Sorry thats all we can do, we'll call you when it comes in," was their only reply. I took my Jeep to Firestone in Watsonville, they ordered the part from Santa Cruz Dodge and had it installed the next day. Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram also at the time quoted $270.42 plus labor for a power steering flush that they said "failed." I called the Santa Cruz Dodge dealership and they quoted me $150. I purchased my vehicle from the Watsonville dealership and this is not the first instance of very poor customer service and price gouging in the service department. I have spoken to the service manager before who was responsive at the time but at this point I felt others should be forewarned.

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

5.0 star rating 7/19/2017 Ok... this is a long story so I will try to keep it compact. I am in Florida, my wife in California with the VW. We are moving to Florida and my wife and son are supposed to drive the car to Florida on a long road trip. My son ends up in the hospital for almost a week with a very fluke but somewhat serious issue. He fortunately gets out and was ok but had to stay in California another week to recover. Now my wife is driving to a friends house in the VW and it breaks down with no power, barely moves. And.. its a Friday night. So now she has to call the VW dealer to have it towed on a Saturday morning to get checked out and she was supposed to start driving the next day. I am in Florida waiting for the movers to show up with the boxes and furniture. So.... they diagnosed the problem to a turbo solenoid and had to order the part and would fix it "maybe" by Tuesday... My stress level was over the top and I called the dealer and YELLED and CURSED at the first manager who would answer my call about the car breaking down at this time. Poor guy! BUT... they got it fixed by MONDAY ! I was completely in the wrong, had to call to apologize. They kept calling me to let me know step by step what was going on and had it all ready to go in time for my wife. And they handled it much better than I did... So THANKS for taking care of this and SORRY for being a not-so-nice customer. Moral of the story: cars and people are not perfect. But this VW dealer will always do their best to help their customers.

Updating my review on the service department. I was contacted by Makan Ardalani who was amazing. They looked at my Rav4, inspected all of the brakes, ensured it was safe and even offered free detailing. Makan really made me feel heard regarding my concern with the brakes sound, and after the team re-looked at the brakes, I am no longer hearing any noises. I am hoping Makan gave feedback to the service dept regarding listening to folks' concerns, and I will definitely give this service department another try.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. He is a great person and a very nice guy. I just say tku very much Tim, for helping us to do this posible. And I hope you get a lot of clients after this review. Cody was amazing! I began researching for a used car in early June and finally found my dream car but within my budget. Affordable and great value for my trade. I would definitely recommend this dealership and/or consider trading in again in the future. I went in nervous and anxious and as soon as I sat down I was immediately relieved calm and this was honestly the smoothest car buying experience ever.

I flew in from Phoenix az to purchase my 2015 BMW X4. Comparably equipped X4's in Arizona are $3000 more than United Imports price. But none had the color combination I wanted anyway. United did. Isaac knew the vehicle inside and out and didn't pressure me to buy. Transaction was smooth and quick and I was on my way back to Phoenix before the sun set. Btw, they have sooooooo many very nice pre owned vehicles. If cars are your weakness, stay away ��. You will want to buy something.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

Ahn was very helpful and referred me to Samson. He made financing my car very easy was in and out of dealership! Would definitely be returning and referring people! I don't know what the bad reviews were about I was in and out with a new car in less than 2 hours. Thanks again guys!

I am a new customer to Steven's Creek Toyota and I am here to give great kudos to Josh Pourkhorsand and Lance Nguyen for their patience and diligence to their jobs. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. He has reached out since our first emails and he has been very professional. I appreciate his patience. I will try and meet him and test the BMW as soon as I can.
