I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I enjoyed working with Elijah and the rest of the sales team. They provided the information I requested and accepted my decision to purchase the car, but didn't press when I said I wasn't interested in any of the add-ons.

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

I picked this over a Ford Transit and I am glad I did. Good Towing power and load capacity and an 'econ' button to save gas when running unloaded. Longer wheelbase than the transit and a tow hitch with a 3600 pound tow capacity also. Heater (especially in the foot area) is poor, takes forever to warm up. The power outlets are hard to reach, on the floor at the center console, if the cup tray is open they are impossible to see or reach. "Blacked' out windows are acrylic plastic - forget about magnetic signs. Overall, very happy with the vehicle. One note- if you want the tow package - be sure to order it from the factory - the dealer installed 'kits' are inferior and they will charge you extra for the install, and extra again to wire it.

Dealership a little slow on responding to a meeting although the personnel were very personable when we met. I just wish they had pointed out that the car did not have adaptive cruise control or heads up display which evidently came with the upgraded version.

Well, just purchased van and like the handling and cargo space . I use it mainly a a company work van. It is used both for work and recreational.

Brought out 4runner in for an oil change. This was our first visit. Bryan Womack, Service Advisor, greeted me like I've been a customer all along; making me feel very welcome to be there. I came late in the day & scheduled an appt for 0700 the next morning. When I arrived, was able to pull right in @ 0700. Bryan was quick to check me in and explain details. I decided to not wait & go home for a cup of java. Approx 1 hr later, Bryan called & said it was ready. Sebastian w/ service inspected 4runner along with a video. There was only 1 thing up & coming which needed attn in the near future. Oil change completed, great service, friendly and explained everything. We will be back.
