In 2016, I bought a Subaru here and the sales experience and the service experience have been fabulous. Last week, I traded in that Subaru and bought a new one. I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

It's seldom that I go online an write a review. However, the service and easy, straight-forward approach to selling/purchasing a car that I experienced at Gage Auto was so refreshing. Stand-outs would be Ethan as a young but very professional and knowledgeable sales representative. He knows his stuff and has a great future in sales - fantastic. Luis as Sales Manager - again very professional and courteous. Made the negotiation (which was really pretty short and easy) enjoyable - and that's from one Sales Professional to another! I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.

Overall it's a decent truck with the 5.7 l hemi . The Goodyear wranglers that came on the truck were junk! pulled them off at 26,000 Miles. On my third battery little over 80,000 MI. Went with a Heavy Duty Duracell Battery, hope it will last better. The brakes on the truck are good and lasted more than 80,000 miles and still had a a little pad left. Had the fuel light sensor light problem. It's approximately over $1,200 to get repaired. This should have been a recalled item. Having new fuel tank straps put on at the same time as the fuel pump replacement.

I'd like to thank everyone at Gage. Selling used cars is a tough business. They do a good job and the family atmosphere is noticable. I recommend them.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! I brought my SUV in for a repair on 11/19/24. Josh Baldwin, the service manager, was very proactive communicating with me via text on the diagnosis, estimated cost to repair, and estimated time to repair. Their technician made a video showing and explaining where the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Their entire service process felt open and honest, unlike other dealers' service departments I've dealt with.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Being in a different state I was concerned on how my buying process would be. They made is perfect! My salesman Edward took a personalized video for me and showed me everything I wanted to look at so I didn't have to just look at fancy pictures. During the buying process they offered to ship it to us but I wanted the adventure of driving the car home. When I got to the dealership the car looked as if it came off the show room floor. Kolby was my finance agent and was very helpful on getting exactly what I needed. I was very happy with the way they handled everything and I would highly recommend buying a car from here. I feel like they went above and beyond and will always be checking back just in case I want to upgrade my car again in the future.

This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.

I picked this over a Ford Transit and I am glad I did. Good Towing power and load capacity and an 'econ' button to save gas when running unloaded. Longer wheelbase than the transit and a tow hitch with a 3600 pound tow capacity also. Heater (especially in the foot area) is poor, takes forever to warm up. The power outlets are hard to reach, on the floor at the center console, if the cup tray is open they are impossible to see or reach. "Blacked' out windows are acrylic plastic - forget about magnetic signs. Overall, very happy with the vehicle. One note- if you want the tow package - be sure to order it from the factory - the dealer installed 'kits' are inferior and they will charge you extra for the install, and extra again to wire it.

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

I have owned this truck since it was new and couldn't be happier. It has never let me down. It tows effortlessly, is very comfortable and very safe. The Hemi engine never lacks all the power I ever need but it's still not a killer on gas.

I bought a 2019 new reg cab 3.6. 2wd. As of this week 126,000 miles. Did tires and brakes at 85,000. Wheel bearing at 100,000 on front. Just this week had misfire cylinder #3 and replaced plugs. Other than oil changes synthetic every 10,000 miles is only maintenance. I on occasion pull 20ft big Tex car trailer as far as Ohio to Connecticut. Not a power house but tows high way speed no problem. Back in 2019 this truck was $23,000 new. Excellent value.

I purchased a 2022 Santa Cruz last evening from Travis. I had not test driven this model but Travis explained the car facts and answered my questions. On top of that he was able to assist me with taking my new and current cars home (and I live out near the mountain). Financing seemed easy and fair. In 55 plus years of driving and buying pickup, my 2014 Ram 1500 is far and away the best truck I have ever owned. Mileage in town averages 17 mpg, and highway mileage hangs around 20 to 21 mpg while towing my 17 foot boat. I have owned several Fords, Chevys, and GMC trucks, and none can compare with my Ram 1500. I am 73 years old, and when I kick the bucket, this one is going in the hole with me. John O’Neil.
