We felt zero pressure from him, which was a stark contrast to another dealership we were working with who pressured us hard and had an attitude when we didn't buy on the spot. Vernon just wanted us to have the best car for us, regardless of whether or not that was from CarMax. They offered us a fair price on both the trade-in and the vehicle purchase itself as well, so no we'd have no hesitations recommending them to others.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

I recently bought a used 2017 Mercedes E400 coupe from Walser. It was my first experience with purchasing a Mercedes and these guys were great. It was a very easy process with no mess. 3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I came in on a whim and told the car salesman, Brenden, what I wanted, what my budget was, and he never once made me feel pressured. He showed me what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. He worked so well with me and later with my husband and we couldn't be happier with our purchase! I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

Went in to see if I could make a deal on a trade in of a 2012 wrangler for a 2018 model. All new wranglers on their lot had more options than I was interested in or needed. Offer was made for considerable more than I was willing to pay for a 2018 model with nice options. We were far apart and I was leaving when the GM came out and met my offer for the different. Got the new jeep for an amount that was very fair. All were knowledgeable and courteous.

Before this I had a Silverado and it was like a rock. It didn’t go anywhere unless you picked it up and moved it. Nothing but problems, so I went shopping and looked at the Tundra which was nice, the screen inside on the Tundra was a lot nicer and it got better fuel economy. Outside of that, once I saw the Ram and drove it, the other things didn’t matter. The comfort inside the Ram is unmatched in a truck. I contemplated going with the higher Laramie package with the leather and a few other bells and whistles but I preferred the cloth seats in the Bighorn level 2 night edition. It’s very sharp looking and with the running boards and tonneau cover it’s ready for whatever I throw at it. The new Hurricane engine with turbo is a little bit jumpy in the beginning, I bought it brand new not even a handful of miles on it but it’s settled in and found its groove now. It’s got some serious get up and go so pulling out in to traffic is no problem. Towing is nice and smooth, maintains control on the road and stops nicely. Fuel economy is pretty bad, it says 17-24 and I’m lucky to get 14 on a good day. It’s what I expected when I got it. Only thing I will say is find one with the 30+ gallon tank, a truck should have a large tank so you don’t have to fill up every 350 miles. Only regret I have is not catching that before I signed the papers

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

I have loved this truck since we bought it.. I really hated to let it go.. but our needs changed to something a little smaller, with 3rd row seats.. I even refused to trade it in when I bought the new vehicle.. ( trying to hold on a little longer lol) i have driven mine from tbe beach to the mountains with no issues!

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...

Easiest car dealer experience I've ever had. No surprises, no up-sells, no nonsense. Car was exactly as described. The entire process would have taken 10 minutes tops, except the test drive was: toss me the keys "go see if you like it." Jason is a fun guy to chat with, friendly. He knows the business but doesn't act like a typical car salesman. Excellent experience. I drove 8 hours for the truck I wanted, and after this, I'll do it again if he's got what I want next time.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

Travis McCray did a great job from the initial visit all the way through the final delivery. Travis was knowledgeable about the GMC vehicles and very detailed. We were frequently kept updated on the delivery status. When the Vehicle arrived Travis spent a lot of time going through the vehicle showing us how to work all the different options. I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

And I’ve owned a lot from Toyota tundras,Toyota Tacoma‘s ,Chevy Silverado‘s ,avalanche,and this is my first Ram. 300 hp six cylinder motor quiet and smooth. Best riding truck I’ve ever owned. It’s a Warlock model four-door 6 1/2 foot bed
