3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I needed some service on my Caravan that had been converted by Braun Mobility .Jenkins did everything they could to get it fixed but it was a problem with a Braun part but they did the best they could I would recommend them to other Canadian that travel or vacation in that area

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Christopher Roy and by extension Ferman Volvo. I inquired with about 12 Volvo dealers in Florida about pricing and availability for an XC-90. Mr. Roy was BY FAR the most courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional salesman. He was also very up front and candid with every detail to include pricing which was very important to me because I had already researched the car very extensively (to include pricing) and knew precisely what price I wanted to pay. Some dealers wanted to remain secretive on pricing unless they could get me into their showroom (difficult because of distances to travel for many of them) while others were either unable to answer specific questions about the vehicle or showed little interest in actually selling cars. Mr. Roy on the other hand was very candid and always presented everything in a manner that showed he really wanted to earn my business. Well, he did. He made the car buying process (to include coming to terms on a price for the vehicle) about as easy as it can be. Once we signed a contract for the car (I ended up ordering one from the factory), Mr. Roy was consistently very easy to contact and was happy and eager to make sure every question I had along the way was answered. He also kept me updated on the delivery schedule. Once the contract was signed, Mr. Roy was also assisted by fellow salesman Michael Kashtan. I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Kashtan as well. Mr. Kashtan was especially helpful when we arrived at the dealer (after a 3 hour drive) to pick up the car. He had every document ready to go so that everything was streamlined in the dealership. He also did an excellent job of educating my wife and I about all the features on the car and didn't want us to leave unless we were completely satisfied with every detail--he was amazing. Something that really stood out to my wife and I was when we arrived at the dealer after our 3 hour drive (with 2 very small children in tow), both gentlemen walked outside and met us as we were exiting our vehicle. They were expecting us and it was obviously important to them to welcome us--it was a very nice touch and was just a final confirmation that we had picked the right dealer. My wife and I will likely be buying another car in a year or two (possibly a BMW X5 or X7, I know Ferman sells BMWs as well), and the Ferman group of dealers will be our first place we look. I cannot say thank you enough to Mr. Roy and Mr. Kashtan for such a great experience!

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD AND COMMENDABLE AND WORKMANSHIP SERVICING OUR VEHICLE WAS VERY GOOD AND DEPENDABLE AND THE,BODY REPAIRS WERE SUPERB, ALONG WITH GOING THE EXTRA TO CLEAN AND DETAIL THE INTERIOR OF OUR VEHICLE!

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

I recently bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid from Sun Toyota. My experience was not short of wonderful. I drove off the lot with my new Camry Hybrid, and all my Bluetooth devices set up for me (thanks to Chris). The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.
