The Duo I spoke with over the phone was very kind and listen to what I had to say unfortunately he did not have the vehicle I was interested in nor could he help me with any other vehicle I think him for time I'm on a strict budget and I could not afford any of the other trucks.

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

bought this car used from a dealer,I am a Lincoln guy always bought Lincolns this buy far is the best Lincoln I have owned,smooth driving nice interior and exterior is very nice,the reserve model has all the bells and whistles just love it had to replace the rear shocks at one point but al was covered by warranty other than that I like this car just the right size and good on gas with this 4 cylinder engine and has enough power with the turbo engine really pretty quick on take off and on the road .

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Purchased my Corsair Reserve new. I have been very pleased with my purchase as the Corsair has served me very well. I would recommend the 2020 year as it has more features at a reasonable price. Every year after 2020 saw price increases and less features available.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

The sweetest, nicest, and best service advisor in the history of the dealership, Danielle Slick, recognized me and my car when I pulled up. Having a sweet-sounding voice, she was happy to see me for my car service appointment that I made online the day before on the Taylor Hyundai website. She made my appointment very easy and went out of my way to ensure that my car service was successful. The service was performed properly and I was out of there in over an hour. I enjoyed talking to her when she got me from the waiting room once she told me that my car was ready, and when I accompanied her to the computer terminal to make my payment for service on my car. She has a poem I came up with dealing with her superb customer service, and it is as follows: At Taylor Hyundai I pick Danielle Slick/For she loves to do her thing with no trick/So that service on my Hyundai can be quick/Then my Hyundai can click thanks in part to Danielle Slick!!! Hi All! I picked up my Sonata SEL w/ Convenience about 4 months ago and man is it pretty. I get compliments all the time. Anyhow, I have just under 2,000 miles on the odo. and figured it would be a good time to leave some first impressions and what it's been like to live with along with some good and not-so-good experiences I've had. First the GOOD: Like I said, it looks amazing. In my opinion, the best looking midsize sedan on the market and everyone seems to love the design. The refinement levels are amazing. Hyundai did an impeccable job quieting this sedan down from the previous version (I had a 2020 model prior). I notice a rather significant difference at highway speed and just cruising around town in overall noise levels. Super pleased here. The ride quality isn't as harsh as the previous version either. Overall, it feels softer over bumps and potholes barely make it through. Yet, handling is still great albeit maybe a bit less sharper around corners. I think this is a great sacrifice though. The prior gen. seemed to have a rather jarring ride in my opinion. In typical Hyundai fashion, the lane keeping/lane departure assist along with dynamic cruise control works flawlessly, so much better than both Honda and Toyota, and I've driven them all. Highway trips are an absolute breeze with the Sonata. Now, the NOT so good: The door handle sensor only works occasionally. Reaching behind the door handle with the key in my pocket should theoretically unlock the door, but it does so only about 50% of the time. I find myself reaching back and forth to and from behind the handle, and maybe on the 2nd or 3rd or 4th attempt, the door will unlock. Watching from afar, it probably looks idiotic like, is this dude afraid to touch his car, what's going on!? Odd. There's a rattle in the passenger door and is REALLY heard when playing music, even at low to moderate volume. I'll get this checked out when my 1st maintenance visit comes around. The Carplay screen is WAY too bright at night. Like, blinding bright. I can adjust it down to the lowest illumination level and it's still pretty bright, but it also dims the speedometer screen! Then, during daylight, it's far too dim, so I have to go in and turn it back up to max illumination. There's only one illumination level from what I can tell and it controls both the speedometer screen AND the infotainment screen. I wish there was a way to lower the brightness of the infotainment screen while keeping the speedo screen brighter along with greater variances between day and night levels. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the 2024 Sonata. I highly recommend it over Accord (lacking features, horrible road noise, pricy) and perhaps even the Camry, although the new 2025 version seems to be pretty killer.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Currently own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport base model and now has 115k miles on it. I have know major issues a d maintenance cost have been reasonable. I hope to get another 115k off it.

The service department here is the best! The dealership across the river I bought my new Tuscon Hybrid limited from really dropped the ball and another dealership in Florida tried to fix the problem unsuccessfully. I was thinking we were going to have to lemon law out of the new vehicle we spent months researching and finally purchased because of a wiring harness that was a problem from the factory. Taylor was the 3rd try to remedy it before we gave up on the Hyundai brand. Turns out 3rd time the charm is a saying for a reason...or more likely the Taylor Hyundai service department is just better than the rest and try harder to solve your problems. Now that we love our car again, we will drive across the river for our next Hyundai.

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

This car is exactly what I was wanting for my regional/local transportation. It is quick, comfortable, stylish, dependable, reliable, fun, eye catching and easy to operate. I do wish there was more range but I've had no problems in my regional travel: just need to be realistic about the range facts. My passengers are pleasantly surprised by the styling, comfort and performance.

Purchased a new Ford escape today. We were immediately met by a wonderful sales person named AJ Johnson. She was extremely helpful and helping my wife and I find the perfect car. The weather was terrible. It was cold and raining but it didn't stop AJ from going out into the lot and bringing back cars for us to test drive. She was very knowledgeable in numerous vehicles, and answered all our questions. She made us feel very comfortable. On a scale of one to 10, AJ was a perfect 10.

I have always wanted to own a MINI convertible. I got this used, but it is pristine, loaded with feature and drives like a little go-kart. Couldn't be happier!

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

Absolutely love with this suv. Handles very well. Great on gas. Sporty but also family oriented. simple, modern and yet still elegant interior with a sleek exterior to match.
