This Service Department listened to my concerns.
The service manager took me on a road test to show me how the features function on my Bentley.
He showed me features that my selling dealership never showed me.
I left my Bentley there serviced my Bentley.
They gave my a brand new Maserati to drive for a loaner vehicle.
My Bentley was completed and fully detailed.
That is what I call " Great Bentley Service"
I stopped by the dealer without an appointment and I was happily surprised they are open until 7pm. I was immediately greeted by opening my door. The service greeter asked me how could he help and personally walked me over to Ivan the service advisor. Ivan was exceptional! He answered all of my questions, gave me an expectation of the entire process, arrange a beautiful loaner for me and kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. Highly recommend Ivan and the Coral Gables Infinity facility.
I was looking for the Jaguar 25t XE model on a Friday afternoon, I was greeted by Dean at the door he was very polite. I explained to Dean what I was looking for and wanted to learn about my options. Dean immediately knew his inventory and before you know it I was outside without wasting any time looking at 4 different vehicles. I was alone at the while my wife was working and for that reason I was not in a position to purchase A car. However, being a Jaguar owner already my wife knew what vehicle she wanted. We went back to Dean's office and negotiated a price, Dean worked very hard with the sale's manager (Jonathan Russo) to accommodate me, so I made a quick phone call and before you know it the wife approved and I was buying a car. I asked Dean to touch up 3 minor nick's on the front bumper and he did, when we picked up our car on the following Tuesday the car looked brand new. Our experience believe it or not got even better after we left the dealership, on the Monday after the weekend we were greeted with a beautiful flower arrangement, thank you very much Dean Dubbin and Jason Reidel you both truly went over and above. Next, my wife and I had the opportunity to meet Tyler Mastallo. at our home here in Naples FL. Tyler went through all the features that the car offered and did not leave our home until we were satisfied. Tyler even took the time with me and asked if I had any questions with my 2017 XF Jaguar that I am now driving. I have to say I have worked in retail for 35 years in my career, 25 years in management, I truly believe that Tyler will be GM of this deal ship one day in his future. Watch out Jason Reidel you have Tyler on your team, Thank you Naples Jaguar for such a great experience. W Costa
We started shopping for a new Discovery ten days ago and visited the Sarasota Land Rover first. Unfortuantely, their cars were packaged with too many packages that are not suitable for our needs. For example, why would we need a cold climate package in Florida? Some of the packages were too expensive and we were not willing to pay extra money for the things we didn???t need. Luckily, our internet search on Thursday led to Naples Land Rover. They have a wide selection of Discovery with various configuration. We were able to quickly pin down one with all of the necessary packages we needed, including the front cooler compartment! We were satisfied with the color and added options, and I simply provided my email and phone number on their website to confirm the availability. Kathy Jello got back to me within ten minutes and provided me with an opportunity to move forward quickly. Kathy gather my requirements and trade in information, and provided me with a quote within the same day. We exchanged numerous emails back and forth to discuss alternative options, and finally made a deal on Monday morning. Kathy was very efficient to move things around and enabled us to pick up the car next day. The 100 miles drive to Naples was totally worth it! The dealership staff was very friendly and we had a wonderful experience. From our initial meeting to trade in to finally driving away with our new Discovery, all it took was two hours. The financing manager was also quick on his work and we were able to get back in time to pick up our kids from school. I would love to recommend their A+ service to any customer.
