Luckily the history was good on the vehicle, but mostly it was the demeanor and communication during initial conversations that put me at ease. Straightforward and no pressure. I traded my Civic for a used 4Runner. David & Ofelia were most respectful and unhurried despite my needs being far outside their usual business in exotic cars. They graciously agreed to immediately do all the crucial repairs found upon inspection without increasing my cost. Finished within four days just as promised. I purchased a 2020 BMW i3 from Horacio at Select Motors. It was a better car with a better price than anywhere else. I searched the whole country. Horacio is a no nonsense, straight to the point, high integrity person. He sets a fair price (to you and to him) and doesn't haggle. If you know what you want and he has it I highly recommend working with him. At one point I was trying to figure out how to go see the car in person (never did, bought it sight unseen based on the pictures and description) and he suggested I buy a local car. Imagine that! Someone not trying to sell a car. Our car is as good as we hoped it would be. If anything it's better. I would buy another car from him without hesitation. We had it shipped from California and it arrived in perfect shape. Best buying experience from a dealer EVER!

I don't write many reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been so good I wanted to write a review. I like nice cars and have dealt with most of the high end dealerships in DFW, but since finding Tactical Fleet, they are the only place I shop. I have purchased a Rolls Royce Dawn, Bentley Bentayga, and Lamborghini Urus from them, all were perfect. Great vehicles, great sales experience.

Out of state buyer and had a great experience with Devin at Mark Motors. Bought a 458 Italia with A customer service. Price wasn't over inflated and was just right. When the car was delivered to me, there was a small curb rash on one of the wheel and a missing 2nd key, but Devin took care of that for me without question. Would definitely come back to shop for another exotic car in the future!
