This car is more beautiful then in the pictures that were posted. We had no idea that the inside ceiling had hundreds of LED lights to simulate stars in the sky. Also, the Rolls Royce hood ornament is crystal, and lights up when you unlock the car!

Although we did an issue with the vehicle (outside of ABZs control), Cristian was in constant communication with us as well as his management team. The TLDR is that they are reliable, responsive and responsible. The longer story is that I'm in Texas so there were some concerns and potential challenges in navigating this process. We were able to FaceTime to do a walk through of the vehicle. The paperwork I needed to sign showed up at my house Monday morning. I sent it back the same morning. It's hard to believe I started the process on a Friday and I actually had the vehicle in my possession exactly 1 week later. We had 1 potential problem as the vehicle showed up with some minor damage. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't hesitate to cover the cost. You learn more about the character of a business when you encounter a problem and they showed that they care about their reputation and they care about the satisfaction of their customers. I'm very pleased with Platinum Autohaus and I'm really enjoying my car!
