Everything from top to bottom was first class. I can't imagine going anywhere else. They were on time. The price was fair. I actually enjoyed the buying experience.

Of course it's quiet and luxurious. It's a Rolls-Royce -- it's what they do best! It's a decent value at 4 years old. Not cheap, but (to me) it's worth the money. At about 5,500 lbs and almost 18 feet long, I expected ponderous handling. However, this thing accelerates and handles better than anything this big and heavy should. Especially accelerating -- seems to defy physics. It accelerates hard enough to lock up the seat belt! You wouldn't mistake it for a Miata; more like a big BMW or Mercedes sedan. Overall, after about a week, I'm still finding new features and still marveling at the handling and performance. I should point out that my car has the Dynamic Driving Package. I don't know how much of a difference that makes compared to a car without it. I'm also still getting accustomed to its size. (My other cars are MUCH smaller, lighter, shorter, and narrower.)

Great dealership experience. I came in expecting disappointment due to my situation. Upside down, low credit and low down payment and they were able to hook me up with a deal, I am still shocked. Although we did an issue with the vehicle (outside of ABZs control), Cristian was in constant communication with us as well as his management team. I wanted to have a few things done to the Huracan and they started doing the things I requested as we were doing the paper work. They needed another day to finish working on my car so, Ken the Sales Manager, gave me a brand new URUS to drive back to Cape Coral which is about 200 miles away! ----- In conclusion: Ken Milordis the Sales Manager was very professional and accommodating. I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas.
