The whole process was very easy. They paid me a really fair price for my trade in and made by buying process smooth. Edward helped me find the right model and navigate a really strange issue with my former cars title. After sales support is really good. I had an obscure question that I couldn't find the answer for and Eva the delivery person helped me figure it out. This car is great, its comfortable, fast, and the V8 Can get up and go. However, compared to more modern cars, the Poniac 2006 GXP V8 shows its age, My car cant accelerate as quickly as more modern cars. But its still a solid car. The most major issue with the GXP is the tires and suspension. This car is apparantly designed to drive on Perfectly Smooth roads. Which is great if you live in a Gated Community somehwere houses are $500,000 each and everybody is perfectly blonde. However, I prefer more 'All-Terrain' vehicles compared to 'high-preformance but extremely delicate.' I'll compare the 2 cars I've owned: Jeep 1996 Grand Cherokoo Laredo Extremely Tough, can go anywhere, I can drive over curbs easily. Poniac 2006 Is more like Princess and the Pea. If I hit a Gravel Rock, the whole car will feel it. The Jeep, can go anywhere on Earth basically. The Poniac, Hit a Curb? Need a New Rim, the whole cars missaligned and tires need rebalanced, and now the Tires going flat. Hit a pothole in the Jeep, no problem, keep driving. In the Poniac, Now everything needs re-alligned, rim is damaged, etc. Just as an example. ^ The Poniac is reliable, its just extremely sensitive and needs perfect roads. The Jeep is all-terrain, durable, and strong. I'd drive my Jeep anyday if I could. Considered I got my Jeep for $5k, then put $5k in upgrades/repairs, Id get it again anyday. The Poniac was $32k new, and is just extremely sensative.

I discussed the purchase of a 2023 Mini Cooper "S" with salesman Dustin Summers. He was completely knowledgeable of all the features and details of the vehicle. I traded in 2 Saturns for a black 2008 Grand Prix GXP with 62,300 miles. I've gone though it with new coils, wires, plugs, wipers, filters, some fluids changed and a new set of tires. Even replaced the headlight lenses and tail lights with new custom modern LEDs. Also added a performance chip and a Turbomag kit. I have a few other repairs I still have to do (like A/C, it works but leaks), but I love this car already and I am just getting started. Not good for full burn outs, though it has the power. Instead, you just launch! Your head hits the head rest and it feels like your eye xxxxx are bouncing off the back of your skull. I love it. Stock with the LS4 5.3L they are 303 hp, I think I'm getting around 380 something out of it. It's my baby, even though I am more of a classic car fan. They can bury me in it when I die. :o)

40000 trouble free miles last year, funnest car to drive I have ever owned.I am in the auto business so upgrading the suspension, brakes and tires with fluid exchanges and ignition system maintenance were inexpensive, now im set for the next 200k miles

I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

We had a high quality experience. We received personal attention from both Derek and Trevor. Trevor was persistent in calling us to see if we had purchased a car yet. Derek finally made the sale. He did not pressure us, just gave us room to make our final decision. When we needed a slight fix to the car a few days later, the service department took care of the problem without charge. The S3 is a fun, sporty sedan that is nicely equipped with technology and safety features. There are several different driving modes which can provide comfort or boosted performance. Paddle shifters give you the option to drive as if it were manual. Great car, looks sharp, fun to drive. Only complaint is the Audi MMI software is not very intuitive and can be difficult to navigate. Virtual cockpit is awesome!

Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. I bought this 2016 Mineral white M3 Dct fully loaded with every option except extended leather in 2017 with 6000 miles on the clock. The car has been an exhilarating joy to own and nothing compares to it in its price range. Sure you can buy a Camaro, Dodge or a Mustang for less money but neither have the interior, body design, or finesse the M3 has. The DCT is second only to Porsche's PDK. Yes, I've owned and driven a lot of cars to make these comparisons. Reliability and maintenance 40k miles later has been a positive because things do not break as long as you are routine about your maintenance intervals, but remember this is a BMW so maintenance is not cheap. Would I buy again? Without a second thought I would as I prepare for purchase and the release of the G80 M3 Awd in 2021. Something the M3 is in need of due to torque of the rear wheel drive F80.

Love the handling and comfort on the road. Mpg was true to the advertising. The windshield recall was done, with a comped rental. There does seem to be a lag on factory to dealer info relative to the fix on the HECE correction

Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

I was in need for a title as per the original one got lost in shipping, I called the business office and spoke to Bessie, I explained to her the situation and she said she will help me, but need more time to process it. Weeks later she called me to let me know that she got the title and she is sending it to me via FEDEX and gave me the tracking number, WOW thats a great service there. Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

I wish I didn't buy the custom Silverado. I love the Silverado just not the custom. As far as assistance and service it is a great place.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I was referred by my brother and I am glad I listened to his advice. I bought a 2014 Lexus GS350 at the time I didn't realize that the tire pressure light was on. Next morning I called and spoke with Noman and told him about the light. He helped me with setting up an appointment with his shop and took care of the problem(two of the tire sensor were bad) at no cost. I have put 5,000 miles on my car and not a single problem.

Its a great car, low miles and great warranty! Gas mileage is amazing and it's a smooth drive. The hybrid is a great option for all commuting.
