We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

We narrowed our car search down to a couple Subaru models, and then used a local, unsanctioned Subaru website to research all the tradeoffs and options. When it came time to snag a specific car, we got quite a range of quotes from Western Washington dealers. Joe Spitz, at Carter Subaru Shoreline, offered a discounted price that was far less than the next lowest quote for the same car. His proposal wasn?t even in the same league as the much higher fixed prices used at some Subaru stores. So we got the exact vehicle package we were seeking, for a model that is in very high demand, and paid a deeply discounted price that made a joke of the ?true? car values listed by the various car buying websites. I have pretty high expectations when I?m about to be parting with a lot of money. Our sales consultant, Joe Spitz, impressed me as the kind of guy who eats, sleeps, and loves the Subaru brand. Joe not only exceeded all my expectations, but he also significantly lessened the amount of money I had to part with :)! His candid and thorough response to my questions, and his use of just the right amount of humor, made the buying process downright enjoyable. He has really earned my respect. Test drive of 2023 Long Range AWD. Very smooth, quiet and fast. I'm 6-3, drivers seat best supporting ,most comfortable seat of 40 cars owned. Biggest fear is Elon Musk, in a fit of childish mischief, decide to turn all Teslas off......

First time buying a car can be a nerve racking experience which was the case for me. However the people at Real Deal Cars were super friendly and relatable and made the whole experience easy! I purchased a 2018 model 3. I have over 80,000 miles on it.. My only problem was the 3 sets of rear tires the first year..But it was fun.. No tune-up's no belts no oil changes..But then unlike some I don't park mine in saltwater..So fires from that aren't a problem for me. I drive over 100 miles to and from work every day and where I work has free charging..No Brainer.. Only car I have ever owned that saved me enough to make its own payments.. Probably not the car for everyone especially if you keep it parked in a saltwater environment...but as a work car and a car to take on long trips it's been extremely good..

In 40+ years of buying cars, this was may first experience with buying a used car from a dealer. From the moment I met the Sales Person Hussein until when I walked out the door with the keys, I felt calm and relaxed and honestly felt like these people cared and this car wasn't even a Subaru! I don't write a lot of reviews on the internet but this place deserves one. I could only imagine what it would be like if I bought a new car there. Go see Hussein!

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

Let me start off by saying looked at several cars and worked with several dealerships, I did a lot of online research. When I contacted Klein their internet department, Caitlin, kept me very informed and answered all my questions. By the time I was ready to buy, I had it narrowed to two cars at their lot. I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

I had been looking for a newer car for about a year. With their help I found the perfect car that ticked all of my boxes. The price, value and the customer service were excellent. The paperwork was a snap due to the diligence and preparedness of the sales team. Overall wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone still searching for that perfect fit.

Plenty of Tesla haters out there, but this is the best car I have ever owned. I have 50,000 miles on my car and there is minimal maintenance. I have changed the tires and the cabin filter. The battery is doing fine and it has the best charging network out there. Don't let the haters from other brands fool you.

I've been getting all of the routine service on my 2016 Jeep Patriot done here since I bought it new (from a different dealership in a distant city) and have never been disappointed. Staff have all been great and have never had any issues. Free coffee while waiting and a decent waiting room too. They even have a cell phone charger in the waiting room, which I had to make use of on my most recent visit.

I have be driving Chrysler products since 1968. This is my second Chrysler 300 and I love it. It is big enough, comfortable, and gets good mileage. Couldn’t ask for more.

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

I'm near the end of the 3 year lease on our 2019 Model 3. It's the best vehicle we have owned and I have my order in for a Model Y. I leased our first, all-electric car because I wasn't completely convinced that we would have a fully satisfactory experience. I also suffered from the condition known as "range anxiety". The only mistake I made was opting for the (at the time) $6,000 so-called "full self-driving" capability. It was promised to be delivered by December of 2019, and still doesn't live up to its promise. Tesla recently "granted" access to the feature, which is available on a limited basis. While the feature certainly reduces driver fatigue on long trips, one can't be lulled into thinking that it's truly, "full self driving". (And, to its credit, Tesla cautions drivers to be fully in control at all times.) I've had the Beta version of FSD for a couple of months, and, all I can say is that the car has very strange, and sometimes scary reactions. So, for the Model Y I've ordered, I've nixed the FSD feature and will opt to continue to try it, occasionally, during the few times we take major trips at the $199 per month option. I am also a subscriber to Consumer Reports, which has panned Tesla's quality control throughout its product line. All I can say is that we've had no issues with our Model 3. Zero maintenance. The only issue, which was quickly and conveniently resolved related to having to replace the 12 volt battery after a little over two years. It was covered under warranty, but, since we live 200 miles from the nearest service center, we went for a few days without being able to drive the vehicle. (Tesla offers once weekly remote service to Tallahassee, which resolved the problem.) Bottom line: No quality control issues. Impressive features. No worries about the high cost of carbon fuels. Don't buy the so-called "full self driving feature"; it's not ready for prime time.

I've been driving Mazda3 for 6 years. It is the best car among all the cars I've tried in the same price range. The sound system is totally the best, which is important for me as a musician. I have rented even newer models of other car brands and the sound system were trashy, also I had to carry the actual key, which is annoying. I like that Mazda3 has a sensor lock and starts with a button, and I don't have to carry a bulky key. Never had any failures with this car.

Let me clarify why I only gave this car a 4 star review but 5 in the individual categories. When it comes to the reliability of Honda technology in my 2021 accord if that were a category to rate I would give it only 1 star. Why? Because 3 years later auto dimming headlights, automatic start, Honda sensing all have stopped working. With only 48,000 miles on the car! Of course the warranty has run out and I've seen that I'm not the only one who has this problem. Due to this xxxx poor technology I will never buy another Honda again. I mean what next could go wrong? It's like I'm now driving a base model but at a higher price. Honda dealer wants $100 to hook it up to diagnostic which will only take a few minutes then they will tell me it will be probably my guess $800 to $1,000. When they already know how to fix it I'm so disappointed I can't even trade it as I will get nothing for it because none of Honda crappy technology works. The car runs and performs great but when it comes to Honda technology it's a lemon!

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Civic LX sedan.Small car that is extremely reliable and handles like a sports car. Stereo is average. Seats are a little stiff. Low to the ground makes it a little hard to get in and out. Rides great, handles even better. 118,000 miles without an issue. 36 mpg combined every day. Dont care for CVT transmission, feels slightly sluggish but will get the job done.

I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

the car is absolutely amazing…. but they are out of there xxxx minds if they think this car is worth $70,000 . Completely over priced and someone is trying to screw someone over big time. The car is not worth that much and we have yet reached a time where they are no longer selling them at dealerships. There are a lot still out here and selling very well. This person who ever put that $70,000 price tag on this car is insane and shouldn’t be aloud to sell fruit no less a car smh.
